Your bear seems to be handmade. The tag and jacket or coat seems be from a Paddington Bear.

Cute bear! Your bear is British most likely made by Chad valley, Chiltern or Merrythought is most likely the lable on the foot is royal endorsement. You may want to do some research on the label itself that will help you a lot.

the bear reminds me of cramer teddy bears or schuco. He most likely German.
