Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Hi there,

I am trying to identify the teddy in the attached picture. He was bought in Niagara falls about 5 years ago. If I remember correctly hey maybe called a "Sugar bear" according to his tag. He originally had a checkered bow tie.
