Hi Linda
Blogging is heaps of fun mine is http://woodburyparkbears.blogspot.com when you put yours up I'll add your address to mine.
Raewyn
I have seen on BearPile teddies that have been "reborn" with before and after shots they don't look like artist bears though but manufactured. As an artist I would be saddened to think that a bear I have designed and created was to end up under someone elses hand.

Must tell Gordon this one he's a Geordie   I remember when I met his parents I had to keep saying quietly to him "what did they say?"

I'm with you Ellen I support the bears at Animals Asia and get the updates regularly it breaks my heart to see these gorgeous creatures treated so badly the ones at the shelter are the lucky ones it's the ones that are still out there that I worry about.
Good luck with your events I hope everything goes well and I  you for your efforts.

In our house I sit in the family room watching one TV while I hand sew at night and weekends my dog Busta the Beagle jumps up on the couch next to me and gets as close as he possibly can and Ziggy my big dog lays at my feet so I am hemmed in. LOL. My DH sits in the lounge room watching the big TV mostly foxtel stuff and sport and brings me cups of tea (isn't he lovely) my daughter floats between the two rooms. I sit at the dinning table to cut out (usually 2 or 3 at a time) it's open plan so I can see him in his chair watching the telly. He goes to bed very very early to go to work at 4am so I have my boys for company. On the weekends he's in the garage working on his model railway and I'm sewing inside.
I don't know how well go when we retire still a way off but under each others feet I'm not sure?

I have bought them for my daughter and my grand nieces the very first one was on a trip to England from a biggggg toy shop in London called Hamleys (something like that) and she has her heart inside and her recorded message and her birth certificate and several changes of clothes. It is a momento of that first trip Sam made to England. Of course then she had to have one from here in Australia and we had (past tense) a bear factory close to where we live but it closed down. I bought several outfits from the closing down sale that I may or maynot use one day. I think mainly that the pricing was expensive for young families especially when they have more than one child.
The concept was a great idea all the kids I have bought them for have loved being able to 'make' the bear like Raewyn does

Just stunning but then I think all your rabbits are
. I really like this shape and the long legs he does look like he has jumped out of the Alice in Wonderland book.
