 Thanks for sharing that lovely story Tami - brought a lump to my throat
Thank goodness there are people out there to take care of the animals when disasters strike.

   Very funny, nice one!
I'm up for it too - just had a browse around your site, very easy and the bears are soooo nice!

Flowers come in such wonderful colours, shapes and sizes so a little bit of a toughie this question and there are so many that I like so I reckon I will just name a few - Carnations, Proteas, Bird of Paradise, Orchids, Hibiscus........

Oh wow! What interesting collections you all have and I really enjoyed looking at all the pictures
Okay, so what do I collect, hmmmm! Well, I have quite a big collection of artist bears from different countries and makers - a small collection of Jan McLean Dolls but don't collect anymore, not really a doll person. I have collections of Harmony Kingdom - sculptured wild bears - dogs - frogs - mice - Penguins etc. Think that's the lot, as you see I love my animals.

PS...Maybe I'll get the camera out and take some pictures, hmmmm!

Way to go Danni - you look just great! I'm on a diet too and have lost 11k's so far which makes me feel pretty pleased with myself and like you say it does make you feel so much better and the diet doesn't have to be a form of torture either
Well done you!!

 Me too!! I just love Harry Potter - read all the books, can't wait for the new one! Seen all the movies and looking forward to seeing the latest one. Never thought I would get so exited over a kids story but then I would say some of the adventures must be pretty scary for the kids to watch - I know I sometimes peep through my fingers at times

 Well done Tammy! Good news and the bear is lovely, sooooo cute!

Well, I also joined in with this campaign in the hope that I would do a little better than on Ebay but so far I haven't sold. I have people watching and visitors not too bad. I am not prepared to lower my price as I am just about covering my cost.
I think after this latest listing ends I will not be putting any more bears up - a little disappointed. I think it is a good site and easy to use but I just don't think it is getting the interest from all those bear collectors out there. I must admit that I am doing much better on Ebay, at the moment!

Love the new work room Paula - my bear/work room is in the same colour, hmmm! Must be something about this colour which makes a room relaxing and cheerful to be in. I don't actually do any work in my room because as I work by hand sewing I can be any where in the house I like but it is usually in the lounge in the evening watching the TV
Hugs Lyn
Thanks Tami for the cute animal pictures everyday which I always stop by and check out
Hugs Lyn
Aaaahhhhhh!! Don't you just love them when they are that old and yes it is surprising how quickly they can move when they want to especially when the milk bar is open
Hugs Lyn
Yes, dog people are quite different to cat people in that they do tend to only collect things in the breed/breeds that they own and dog show people can be really picky especially when it comes to the details and make up of that breed
I am a dog person and been involved in different breeds and spent many years in showing them. I reckon though if it is a little cross-breed then I'm sure it will appeal to many people who have dogs like that.

Well, I just had to join in with pics of our beloved animals and I loved looking at everyone else's, very much a big animal lover me and the hubby.
I thought I would throw in a family picture of when I had the Lhasa Apsos - starting at the top of the steps is Mini then second daughter Lola then first daughter Katy and then grandaughter Annie but now we are owned and loved by Millie is 2 years old and is a Norwich Terrier - Amy is 17months old and is a Mini Smooth Dachund. I have so many more pictures of other dogs which we have had but too many to share.

Bit of a tough question this one as I seem to have lost count how many I have made over the years and that's not counting the ones that didn't make it and ended up in the garbage bin!
I suppose now I must make between 2 or 4 a month, sometimes not even that as all my bears are hand sewn.

I will let you all in on a secret
This is not one of my dogs, a friend sent me the picture and I thought it was a good one to put on here
One of my dogs does do a similar thing but she looks at you from out of the corner of her eyes.

Thanks for sharing the pictures of the 2 Corellas, always exciting to see something new especially when they come into your garden. We also had a bit of excitement when a gang of Musk Lorikeets came into our garden, first time I have seen those but the biggest excitement is that we have a Major Mitchell Cockatoo hanging around and he is just so pretty. We think he must be an escapee as he is about 300 to 400k's off course. We were able to get up close and take a few pictures of him. I've nicknamed him 'Pinky' and I always know when he is around as his call is a cross between a Galah & Cockatoo.

I thought this one was so cute, how sorry can you look!
"Sorry is a word everyone uses all the time.............
Did you ever wonder what "Sorry" looks like ?
Well wonder no further" ...............

 Yeah right! I also want to know too?! I also listed a bear last weekend and it was something like 6 hours before it was showing, had a real go at someone on the live chat help - didn't get me anywhere
but it was good to let of steam
The thing is you loose 6 hours in viewing time and the guy I was having a go at reckons there is nothing that can be done about it, yeah I bet!
Okay, getting off one's soap box for today
