hi melisa,i have always bid in the last few seconds, ive been doing it that way for about 6 years now,and twice ive had my bid not register, even though i would have been the highest bidder, more and more people seem to be bidding this way ,in the very last seconds, maybe because there are more people doing it now some bids dont get through, whatever it is ebay need to look at this problem, joannes right if the bidders contact ebay maybe this can get sorted,it does seem strange that one of your bidders was shown as highest bidder, then her bid wasnt there, this definately needs fixing
sandra
he.s adorable, not surprised he found a home quickly, just wish it had been mine!

from the viewpoint of a newbie, ive only been designing and making bears for just over a year,i dont know how long it will be before i feel confidant enough to put my bears in a competition where it feels everyone else has years more experience than me,as well as feeling it would be a waste of time and very probably dis heartening,i would also feel i was being a bit big headed if i believed my bears stood a chance after such a short apprenticeship
if there was a category just for new bearmakers i would happily enter
thats my two pennies worth ,hope it makes sense!
sandra
thank you so much everyone    i have so many new things i want to try,i dont know what to do first
