Christmas is just around the corner and I wanted to do a little giveaway.

I had some beautiful soaps made up by Honeyz Bath Products Limited in Whitby, North Yorkshire.

The quality of their soap is second to none and we get all the soap we use in our house from this little shop.

I only have one lavender soap and the tester left, and it smells divine!

It's entirely up to you whether you would keep it for yourself or maybe give it away as a little stocking filler.

You'll also get a 10% off voucher!

All you have to do to enter is sign up to my newsletter:
http://eepurl.com/crJx-5
(If you've already subscribed, you are automatically entered in the draw bear_original )

The winner's name will be drawn out of a hat at 8pm (GMT) on Monday 12th December.

Good Luck!

Kat

He is made from purple mohair with a green backing, with green felt inner ears and paw pads. His mohawk is orange faux fur.

Please allow me to introduce you to Caelan.

He is a gift for my best friends little boy, and is named after him. He's only 8 months old, and obviously he is a keepsake, every child needs a bear to grow up with don't they?

Caelan's dad's family are Irish, so when I asked for a suggestion for a bear they told me Irish and green. They chose the emerald green fur, and I made up the rest as I went along.

Anyway, I think he turned out rather well. Actually, I think the position of the seam on the left side of his face gives him quite a mischievous look, and the right side looks sweet and innocent.

He's off to his new home next weekend, where he will be getting a pendant to finish him off.

Hope you like him bear_original

Kat

Yes, I think she will be Becky.

Hi everyone,

I've just revamped my website and I would love to know what you all think of the new look.

Check it out at www.brierleybears.co.uk

Yes, you do need to have public and products liability insurance.
I used to use GM Imber's Craftinsure Starter policy which is around £50 for the year. Unfortunately this policy doesn't cover selling overseas though.
Here is the link if you would like to take a look at these: http://www.gmisl.co.uk/site/products/cr … e-starter/

I am currently with a-n. It's £36 for the year to become a member of a-n.co.uk, which includes public and product liability insurance (this includes cover for items sold to USA and Canada etc).
Here's the link if you want to take a look at these: https://www.a-n.co.uk/about/insurance

Hope this helps x

Here is my latest commissioned bear, Floss.

She was commissioned by a good friend of mine as a gift for her sister, for completing her last round of chemo, so Floss is a present that is very well deserved!

Floss's name comes from a nickname they use for each other, and she is made from mohair of the closest pink to the breast cancer awareness ribbon that I could find.

I'm happy to say that her new mum is recovering well and loves her bear, I hope you like her too bear_original

Kat

I got a commission for a Koala at the end of December. I have just finished him, so I thought I'd show him off.
I'm quite proud of this little fella, he's my first Koala and no mock ups were done first.

He just needs a name now, so waiting for his new mum to think of one.

Hope you like him bear_original
