Oh thats amazing! A really nice twist on the traditional dolls house
Hello everyone! Recently I finished my first commission, to remake a poor old ted from Yorkshire. He was in a very sorry state, and what his nose originally looked like is anyones guess! Here are a couple of pics of the original bear, and the new on I made. I hope you like him!
I especially love the panda face in the second picture, absolutely amazing
They look lovely! Im very happy that the polar bear found a great home
Hello everyone! Ever since I started bear making, I have made jointed bears. Now someone has asked me to make a non-jointed bear for them, a "revamp" of a much loved old family bear. I looked on Google, but it just came up with knitting patterns! Can anyone help with a simple non jointed pattern? Thanks!
Here's a little pic of the aforementioned bear
Ohh what a lovely ted!
Hello everybody! This is the largest bear I have ever created, and after many weeks of hand stitching, stuffing and trimming, here he is! I really hope you like him, its Ivan! he is available for auction on ebay

I think a lot of artists list their bears as "OOAK artist bear" if you tyoe that into the search bar, you will see them
They look like a wonderful set of old bears! Im sorry to hear about the poor fellow sent to you in plastic bags, looks like he needs a lot of TLC!

What a lovely bunch! Very recently, I came across a bright blue Russ bear in a second hand shop, he stands out like a sore thumb amongst all my browns!
If you have any bits of fabric left over, you could practice trimming it, just to get a feel of how it feels
Thanks Caroline!!
Hehe, your house is being taken over by bears
I see a lot of bears on etsy for £80 or more! I decided to go for £30 for my bears to see how it goes, fingers crossed :s
I use surgical scissors, and they have worked out great. They have a long handle bit, and pointed ends. I just bought a whetstone because it needs to be sharpened, and I spent aaaages trying to decide which one, they can get rather expensive!
Looking good! I hope your bears find lovely new homes!
I think my cute-o-matic just exploded
I am so tempted to bid on him, but i would have to ask her for postage ( I imagine it will be a lot due to his size ) and well....I have no idea where in my tiny house I could put him
Woah guys, check out this guy! Isnt he absalutley gorgeous If only I had a bigger house >_<

I have a couple of Wooden bears which are amazing. I got them from a tiny shop in Beddgelert, nestled in the midst of the Welsh Snowdonia mountains. The owners go to Indonesia once a year, to meet with local craftsmen and actually pay them fairly for their work. Huzzah!
Its just dreadful that thieves would target our wonderful bear fairs!
You did a great job, I look forward to seeing the accessories!
Looks amazing
Hello peeps! Here is my latest creation, Grizzler! I have tried a different pattern and I think he turned out rather well! He's up for auction on ebay, I hope you like him!
