Wow Melisa! You constantly amaze me and everyone What a gorgeous little bear and I can't believe how realistic he is and yet so verrrrrrryyyyyyyy tinnnnyyyyyy!!!!!     Well done!!!!
They're gorgeous and their little help stand made my day lol
    "So many bears so little time...." This is precisely the reason I have 26 bears cut out in fur, over 100 and something patterns designed and yet I'm feeling slightly insane because I can't sew fast enough (i love my hand-sewing but sometimes I wish my hand would sew faster lol). Welcome to the club as Becky said!!
You will constantly be amazed by bears and making them Sheree Especially with what changing the fur does to a design.
A good example of what simply changing fur does here....... this is my "Latte" everyone loves, and little "Winston" in mohair. Latte is in faux fur, 50mm pile - Winston is in curly ratinee sparse mohair 15mm pile. I have slightly changed the shape of the head when I made Winston compared to Latte, but other then that the designs are the same!

Glad you're enjoying your bear making so much Sheree that's fantastic!!

Awwwww he's gorgeous!!!
She's absolutely gorgeous Sheree! And I have said it once and I will say it again, her name really made my day and warmed my heart
How nice of you to name her after me
She's gorgeous, and amazing for your first bear
Another gorgeous fox! I just saw a black fox here recently (as you know I have a very dear "friend" fox who visits me, well this is his friend I think - either that or enemy, or mate lol) and they really do have those lovely white accents if they are handsome foxes. Well done! I love him I wish he could come live with me
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww he looks like my little Bramble bunny I used to have (a real rabbit lol) years ago!
As always, a gorgeous little fox
I haven't had the time to start mine yet. I have 3 custom orders left for the year and then 4 more I need to make by Feb as well as a couple of new baby animals I'm just finishing off to list for sale next week lol ~ so I'm swamped! Sorry. I would love to make a bear like this but perhaps when/if things quieten down here? Usually happens about August for me. Right now I'm swamped!
Although I suppose that face should be a ":D" because it's good to be busy I suppose. I am grateful!
Another gorgeous wolf! And love his little friend too
I have not completed this kind of bear but I would recommend plucking the mohair from the backing with tweezers before felting Tweezer are great for plucking mohair!
Thanks so very much for your help!!!!!
Hi I'm looking to find the artist of the below pictured beaver, even if it is not available any more I would like to know who made it and where I could find their website if they have one. I don't even remember where I found this photo sorry. I don't think it was this forum which I know is unhelpful lol.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Oh my goodness this recipe is dangerous........ and not to be selfish in the season of sharing but I won't be giving any to neighbors ~ partly because I don't have very nice neighbors and partly because even if I did have nice neighbors they wouldn't be getting any of these desserts
Thanks for the recipe!
Another gorgeous bear!!! I love that the pom-pom on his hat is a bit too big but he looks proud as punch about it
