She is really cute! One of my favorites I've seen of yours!
Forgot to say welcome to Teddy Talk! We are glad you are here!
He is super cute! I love everything about him!
I love love love this little fox. He is just adorable!!! Beautiful work.
He's really cute! I love his colors!
Oh my gosh, I do love him!! So sweet!
I also like to have the mohair facing upward towards the toes. Good luck!
Thanks everyone! I've also seen raw edges on the mohair, does this fusing material prevent fraying as well or do you fray check (or maybe something else).
Thanks again!
I don't have any advice but wanted to send hugs and support your way. I'm very sad this is happening to you .
Just beautiful, such personality in the expressions, I love the ears!
so handsome!! I'm ecstatic to report that he is coming home to live with me! My family is all chipping in for him to be my 29th birthday present! Isn't he just beautiful! I'm so excited to get such a lovely bear from such a wonderful person!
Hello-
I am trying to find out what to do to make sure the edges don't fray on ears that are Ultrasuede or similar on the inside and mohair on the outside, but to keep them from being too bulky are not stitched. I think someone referred to it as fused once. I tried a search in the ear category and didn't come up with anything and I tried searching fused ear with no results. I apologize if this has been discussed before, I'm not sure what to type into the search engine. I am making my first mouse and just did her ears, they are fine, but I think they would be so much better without so much extra bulk. I would like to do a miniature mouse next and am hoping to implement this. Any and all help is most appreciated.
Thank you thank you!!

I would be interested. I missed the summer swap! It would depend on the amount of time I would have to complete one and any potential size requirements!

Katy-
I'm having so much fun with the bigger bears. So far I enjoy them more as I feel you can fit a little more detail in.
Thanks again everyone!

I bought some antique blue kid mohair from Alison at eteddy's and just LOVED it. Here is the bear that resulted. He is my first experience with eyelids (not sure what I think) and ultrasuede eye whites (thanks Joanne!). He has a growler and stands about 12". I gave him trapunto toes in a gray ultrasuede and I was mostly pleased with the results (I think the thread showed up more on the ultrasuede, maybe it was the type of thread I used as it didn't seem to hold the shading dye as well). Since this photo of was taken I've shaded his muzzle a tad more and tidied him up with a bit of a trim to the cheeks, but is essentially the same. Thanks for letting me share him with you.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share Willow with you. She was supposed to be a bear, but you know how it goes. She is listed on Bear Pile right now and will be on my blog at http://littleleafbears.blogspot.com shortly!
HUGS!

She is so cute I can hardly stand it. She reminds me of the little mouse that I saved a couple of weeks ago. Nice work!

I just placed an order through Edinburgh and remembered to order a piece in gray, but forgot to order the white. When I did remember, I called back, but they had closed and are not again until Monday. They have already charged me shipping costs so I'm almost sure that my items shipped yesterday. I would be more than happy to pay someone if they had a small extra piece of the this (I think 4" by 4") would be enough. Thank you thank you thank you!

Oh, I'm so sad to hear about your daughters mouse. It's so hard to lose a pet!

Is this the same as the loc line on the Edinburgh website, but just a different color?
Thanks
