Hi Eileen
After a little google searching, I found a photo of him wearing a deep red coat, you know the kind pirates wore with the square flaps around the bottom. I think a jacket like that with a lace jabot around his neck and the big hair, like the white powdered wigs judges wear. A copy of his dictionary or a little book with a few of his quotes in it would be nice. I guess his was too poor or too proud to wear glasses. It appears he badly needed them. Maybe he had a pair and just didn't want people to know. Glasses are an option. It all depends how crazy you want to go.
Good luck

Hi Gang
It''s nice to see everyone having so much fun. I just had a look at Sophie's bear on her link. I think she's going to like my bear. It's mohair, it's a girll and she's wearing a hat, and that's all the clues you're going to get cause we likes surprises. I'll be shipping her soon. I really like your bears Sophie.
See ya

I absolutely love your bears. Your airbrushing add such an amazing tough. I've tried the airbrushing using acrylic paints. Is there some special paint meant for painting onto mohair?
Hi Sophie
Here goes. I'm glad to have my partner so I can get started. I'll be in touch so we can decide on the details. I see the deadline is February. It sounds like some people are ready to exchange their bears right now. I'm really looking forward to the surprise of this whole thing.
Bye for now
