Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Here I present my the newest bears - couple - DUO: He and She.
He is 32 cm, made from beautiful black (or blue black) mohair with 5 joints (double for the head), has got  glass eyes, embroidered and waxed nose, shaded with oil paint, stuffed with fiberfill and mineral pallets. On the neck he has cotton - silk (aged with coffee and cinnamon) scarf.
She is 25 cm made from viskose. On the neck she has silk pelerine and medallion for her dear friend picture
The bears arms are wired so can hug each other very cozy:)

Very nice!!! He has sauch a nice expression , really done well   I  love his weared out look

Emil – 10′ bear , made form special bear material – Alpaka, has got German glass eyes, 5 joints (double for the head), paws from cotton, embroidered and waxed nose, shaded with oil paint, stuffed with fiberfill. Emil wears cotton trousers, aged with coffee and has a bow on his neck from real silk, also aged with coffee.

Becky, I didn't dye mohair, it's blue pile with brown base. I simply shaded it  with oil paint as finishing touch I have made once a bigger bear from this mohair (Valery)

Not long time ago I have found my husbands’ old cigarette box collection. The boxes are old , rusty and fits to my bears very well. I’ve got inspiration for my mini bears collection

I present the third from my mini bears collection – Mr. Blue Ed Laurens – almost 5″ bear, made from special bear material – mohair, has got German glass eyes, 5 joints (double for the head), embroidered and waxed nose, shaded with oil paint, stuffed with fiberfill. On the neck Mr. Blue has silk bow aged with coffee and rusty bell.

Wilhelm& Wilhelmina -almost 5" mini bears, made from mohair, with 5 joints (one double for the heads), german glass eyes, embroidered and waxed noses, shaded with oil paint, stuffed with fiberfill.  Wilhelmina has a  medallion  on her neck, which  is possible to open  and to put a picture of your very dear friend:)

I think for every bear artist comes time to make a clown  – bear.  It’s happend…Once I tried to make a bear – clown, bet it turned  to a bear  – girl with a ribbon and  a ballet skirt     This bear I wanted to make as a pilot, I even have made a pilot cap from leather… but he refused it.  He has chosen to become a bear – clown
So, here I present to you – Charlie.
Charlie – is 10′ (without a hat) bear, made from special bear material – mohair, has 5 joints (one double for the head), German glass eyes, embroidered and waxed nose, stuffed with fiberfill, shaded with oil paint. Charlie wears a silk pelerine (aged with coffee and cinnamon) and a silk bow with rusty bells. His hat made from paper, cardboard with wodden horse – button and rusty bell.
