Now there is no way I can take credit for creating that website waggle bears.........  I was just really lucky enough to find someone to help me that understood exactly who I am......

I am glad that so far so good!!     I will look more into the white font but..... 

You know I had this wonderful idea in my head that the easter weekend that we just had would be filled with nothing but sewing..... then I had to come up with a speal about myself....  That took me 3 days to write...  How hard is it come up with words about yourself.......
I only spent 2 of the 4 days sewing anyway!!!

I am keen to swap links as soon as I know how to upload them myself onto my site........(hopefully soon)
  I think I will post a topic calling for a link swap when I learn how!!

Hi everyone,

finally I have my website up and running... (still ironing out some little wrinkles of course and proberly will be for a while..)
I was lucky enough to have some great friends that have other great friends in the IT buisness and have helped me out  as a family friend  ( I am soooooo grateful)   On my condition that I can update it myself ( I hate having to harrass people if they are doing you a massive favour)
I am still waiting for that lesson how ever but I will know soon...  I already have a few changes I want to make but I will be patient!!

 
Now I love other peoples ideas if anyone has any if they have a spare few mins to have a squizz at it for me      www.bearsbybecca.com

Hi all

I just wanted to post a couple of pics of what has been keeping me so busy.....
I make 3 inch, 2 inch and have even tried my hand at 1 inch (only made 2 of them, they will have to be for special occasions) Miniature bears,   I am totally addicted and can not leash the bear monster inside me nor do I want to.....   
The little guy on the scooter is Bump and the bunnies whom I love are Mr and Mrs Bun Jovi,  which I am in the middle of making them a 2inch baby bunny!!!

sorry I don't get on here too often!

I started making bears with Jen Up at the teddytree about a year and a half ago and have had the joy of meeting you a couple of times. 
I am also lucky enough to of seen your bears at the so few shows here in perth over the years, its always a pleasure to see what you have created next....  actually its bloody exciting to see your show stands!!

I remember speaking to you Kim at a show in Perth and you spoke of the Malamute and I remember feeling very excited to see the end result...(as I thought nothing could top Tyson the Mastiff)............... 
You never fail to blow me away with what you do..........  He is amazing (I feel like I don't have the words to explain)
Well done Kim,   I love the anticipation leading up to your creations and then finally getting to see to makes me quite speechless!!!

Joanne I kind of like what you said about the patterns being simular,  I feel the same way,  its quite amazing when you study the bears on the net on different bear artists websites how many actually have the same features in their pattern,
and a big thank you to us bears for an idea of what to put on the tush tag!!!

Now that I have been a new member for oh lets say......one day!!  I have my first of my many many questions...

I warned you in my opening speech that I will have some doosey's so please BEAR with me and excuse my..... how shall I say.......stupidness!!!

I have been making bears for this year and I Love it as you all know..... I have been playing around with patterns, making changes, taking things out, adding bits here and there but I have yet to design my own..... 
As people are starting to see what I have made people are asking if I wanted to sell them...... AM I ALLOWED OR IS IT A BIG BEAR NO NO????   
I really have no idea.......   I had someone ask if I wanted to have a stand at a craft fair next year and as someone who works for family and  seems to work on a barter system (so not much money touches my wallet)  I would love to do this to fund my addiction but I really don't want to offend anyone in the bear world??? 
I am starting to have a play with designing my own pattern but really want to make more of what I have been making also.....

Help????

Ps,  I have thick skin so the truth won't hurt.......too much
