Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here or done much sewing lately. This is why:
In November we had a new addition to our house, Shadow, a German Shepherd puppy.
This is the day we brought him home (7 weeks old).
This is him at the beginning of January.
He is now 4 months old and unfortunately his front left arm wasn't growing properly and he had an operation to correct it last Thursday.
This is him with his big purple bandage.
He doesn't seem to mind the bandage on his arm unless he knocks it, but he doesn't like the big collar.
He is back at the vets for a check up tomorrow, fingers crossed it has started to get better.
Hope you like him.
She's lovely Laura!
Sorry, can't help you on that one Marilyn. I did send an email asking the other week, but I still haven't got a reply. My plan is to get there at the start of the show and play it by ear.
Congratulations Claire. I can't wait to go either!
It's my first time being nominated in these awards too. I have never been to Brighton or Hove so I decided not to book a stall and have a wander around instead. We go down there on Saturday and come home on Monday.
I look forward to seeing everyone there.
Me too!! Category 2.
Thanks for your comments
Hi everyone.
This is Alexander.
He is approximately 10.5" tall and is made from mohair with cashmere paw pads.
He has hand painted green sparkly glass eyes and an embroidered nose. He is fully cotter pin jointed and is filled with heavy weight polyester fibre and a some glass beads in his tummy for a little extra weight.
He is currently available from my website.
Hope you all like him.
Fingers crossed Ben makes a full recovery
Awww!! He's lovely. Good luck with his auction!
Thank you Melisa
Lynne, he is definitely huggable. That mohair is gorgeous, lovely and soft.
Thank you for your comments Lynne & Jaqui.
I'm not surprised someone snapped him up so quick. I love his cheeky expression and his eyes are beautiful!!
Wonderful! Such a sweet face.
Awww! He's a little cutie!
Awww! He's lovely Tammy.
This is Chester.
He is approx. 12" tall and made from mohair. He is fully jointed and filled with heavyweight polyester fibre and has stainless steel balls in his tummy for extra weight. He has hand painted glittery brown eyes and is hand shaded.
Hope you all like him.
I use ribbon tags. I print my logo onto t-shirt transfer paper (making sure that the print is reversed). Then it's just a case of ironing your transfer onto the ribbon.
Awww!! They are so cute. I love bats
Yay! I've put a reminder in my diary to go and get my copy. I do miss this magazine. I hope it does sell enough to keep it running again
We have a Canon 350D (Digital SLR). I love it. This model isn't in production anymore, but the new model is 450D I think, we've had ours a few years now.
This is a photo I took with it the other day. It is a Barn Owl that keeps flying over the fields at the back of our house.
Thanks everyone!
Thanks everyone! This is one of my favourite furs too.
He's a beautiful bear Susan!
Thanks Susan!
