I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a free auction template, free logo design, a free html color coded cheat chart & instructions on how to edit your html, and NON-FREE part of this---three auctions that I would code for a $15 price tag [$5 per auction], plus of course help whenever anyone needed it in the future editing their auction template on their own.
The goal is to help artists/sellers be completely self-sufficent and have a great looking auction for the least amount of money in eBay listing fees!
Anyways, I've helped other artists/sellers w/creation of custom templates [according to their choices in colors, fonts, photo layout, etc.] for auctions---
Here are a couple examples:

http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZafanta … ooZ1QQrdZ0
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi … 9513862859
..& of course my own template/auction:
http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZfribblesltdQQhtZ-1
..I also edit my backgrounds and etc. upon occassion, which can be seen in my feedback page.
In regards to the logos, I designed them, they're pretty simplistic, just text effect for the most part, in a font which the artist/seller either specifies or chooses to match their persona/what they're trying to market..I currently have 7000+ fonts on my computer. This could also be intergrated with existing logos or banners if the artist/seller has them already.
The reason why this would be adventageous to artists/sellers is that the eBay listing fees would be cut down by quite a bit, you wouldn't have to pay for the second and third and fourth photos on your listing [you could do as many photos as you like, in fact] and the auction would be prettier! =)
If anyone would be interested in having me create a highly personalized auction template for them, please contact me at me@ifribble.com.
Thank you all for your time in reading this little blurb. =)

..oooh, thanks for sharing more photos! Judi, did you shade the toes after you needlefelted 'em on, or were you using different shades of wool [roving? I think is the word?]
An internet buddy is going to send me some preliminary stuff for needlefelting---I think I'm going to just make the footpads out of felt, and then try Judi's way of doing little balls, sewing 'em on, and then softening the edges.
Can't wait to try it! Thanks everyone!
Amelia
Thank you, Kim and Ann for sharing your expertise with me! Eileen, I am so new to needlefelting I can't even envision what you are typing about! I look forward to learning though.
Ann, I love the toes on Nimbus!! Your bears are adorable!
Amelia
...technically, the copyright on the photos belongs to you. You can notify eBay that she is using your photos without permission, they will pull the auction.

thumperantiques wrote:I always loved mystery books when I was younger especially Agatha Christie but could never finish without reading the last chapter, so I figured what was the point LOL!
I always race through them and then have this HUGE let down when I done....I want the story to just keep going on and on. Some books I just get so immersed in the characters it's hard to let them go.
I love Agatha Christie---she was a master. My idea of heaven is a huge library, where once you get there you find that all of your favorite authors who've died before you have been creating an infinite supply of new stories since they arrived.
---my mother-in-law pointed out a bit of a flaw in this logic: she said,"What about the authors? Do you think their idea of heaven is to spend all their time writing for YOU??"
Rather burst my bubble---but I still think once I get there [God willing], I'll be able to see 'em all, and communicate how much their writing has meant to me...I figure you've got to be able to instantly communicate feelings of love and appreciation: it's heaven!
Sci-fi/fantasy, any David Eddings fans here? LOVE his and his wife's collaborations!!
<b>"I'm immersed in "Passing the Flame," by Corina Tettinger."</b> ---SHELLI!! Are you a lampwork artist too? I'm only to the intermediate part of lampworked beads, am trying to get to being better. I love love LOVE the torch and beads. Have been trying to figure out how to incorporate them into minis.
As for wonderful comedy, P.G. Wodehouse is simply the BEST---and the BBC series with Hugh Laurie is frightfully funny also. One long scream of laughter from beginning to end.
Amelia *aka bookworm*
Ooooh, those're gorgeous, Estelle! And the scooters are great too!! Seriously, are the scooters a metal vintage toy or what?
Amelia *curious*
I agree with Edie on this one...ESPECIALLY since my two cats have been spending nights outside [it's summer, they're of age and neutered/spayed, what can a mother do??] and while I was fixing sandwiches for me and the baby, ONE RAN RIGHT ACROSS THE BACKSPLASH OF THE KITCHEN COUNTERTOP!!!
And, to add insult to injury, he was one fat little bugger!!
Have frantically disinfected my kitchen within an inch of its life, put mousetraps everywhere and kept the cats in nights, but no luck on catching the mouse---unless the cats got it. One can always hope!
Also, once we had my dollhouse in storage [moving between houses, smaller space] I was about 14, and the MICE got into my DOLLHOUSE!!! And lived in it for QUITE some time. There was nests all over inside of it, urine and droppings EVERYWHERE....UGH ICK UGH!! Not nice mice!!
Amelia *who will keep her tarantula, thank you very much, no MICE!!*
Here's my baby:
