Today she is going to have the drain taken out, otherwise she is making good progress. She has started her silly cough, because of her heart and that has been irritating the bite wound.
Every morning after I take her outside I lie in bed with her wrapped up warmly against me as she seems to be in pain, and then I do the same for her bedtime.
She is on painkillers, but she is amazing little dog, eating well, all body functions are ok, and she will venture out with the other dogs into the garden, even wanting to go with them for their early morning walk.

Just not happy with her collar, I am hoping it will come off today.

So both Jessie and myself say thank you, for all the caring.

Lynette I'm so glad to hear she is going okay.  She looks so much like my Jacks when they were going through the dog fight blues.  They hate those collars!  I hate the drain too.  poor thing!  hugs hon to you
