Hi Claire,
     I've emailed her twice, with no response.  Once to say how wonderful her work was and the second time recently, to warn her that our auctions were copied on the U.K. ebay.    Maybe it's her hubby who handles the email etc and doesn't know how important it is to respond.  Take care.
