Thanks for the nice comments!   He was fun to make. He has an upper eye lid but it is hard to see. He looks like he has a sleeper on and has a bum flap on the back as well.:)

Here's Sassy.  She is my newest creation.  I have dyed her with a combination of fabric dye (black) and sassafrass bark (pink).  She will be available on ebay this week.

Great bear, Millie!  I hope you'll post her in BEARS FOR SALE too.  I love the name SASSY; one of our newly adopted feral kittens (a sibling pair) was named SASSAFRAS (SASSY for short) by her rescuer, and we liked it so much we kept the name.

Shari - Finian is just great and to say you are in a funk..... I don't think so!
I loved the vibrant colours and you could just picture him dancing and singing in Fred Asatires musical.

Gina - I particulary liked your Circus Bear Grumpy and how lucky your Son is to have such a great Bear.

Jane - I don't know why you are saying that you are not pleased with  Benji  - he  is so neat and

Thank you all so much.  I am having a great time playing around with some natural dyes.  I am working on a bear now that I have dyed with elderberries.  I guess that's the kid coming out in me.  We used to pick plants and berries and pretend to be gourmet chefs.  We were more like mad scientists though.
