Please go to the above URL. Follow instructions to delete cookies for a single site. Find and delete teddy-talk.com. Close and launch Firefox and try again.
You're very welcome! Thank you so much for your assistance.
Please check that your computer's time and timezone are set correctly.
Also, I made a change on the server so hopefully it will fix your issue.
I am using IE 11 on Windows 8.1 without issues.
Make sure you are accessing the site with the prefix www in the URL and not just teddy-talk.com .
To find out your IE version, click the Gear icon in the upper right corner. Select `About Internet Explorer` from the dropdown menu.
It could be a cookie issue. Please try deleting the browser's cookies (Delete and manage cookies link) and visit the site again at: http://www.teddy-talk.com
TT is compatible with Internet Explorer 8 and higher (IE 7 too, though not officially supported). Please advise which version of IE you are using and what is not working for you and we will look into it. Thanks.
Please follow uploading instructions here: http://teddy-talk.com/viewtopic.php?id=82
Please email your photos to support@teddytalk.com so I can see the specs I will be working with to make the necessary adjustments. Thanks.
I think you may have exceeded the maximum # of uploads. It has been increased. Please try again.
Are you getting an error on our end? Please send the image file to support@teddytalk.com and I will investigate further.
Do you still need help on this?
Got it. I plan to upgrade TT by the end of the month so I will be sure to add this feature. Thanks again.
Thanks for the suggestion. Will this be an addition to the Like feature with usernames listed? I assume a user can like and thank a posting.
Clearing your browser's cache should take care of the issue.
Use the URL button to link to your Etsy URL.
Use the IMG button to link to an image file on your site or upload an image file to TT.
PS: I updated your posting to use the URL tag and not the IMG tag.
According to your image directory on TT server, you successfully uploaded photos today. Did you get a URL in the "What is the URL?" field after uploading? When you click on the OK button, do you get the img tag in the post? Are you uploading from a tablet/cell phone or desktop?
If the photo is hosted on your server, then you can use the img tag as follows:
[img]http://www.needleartsbyvalerie.com/publishImages/index~~element51.JPG[/img]
Click the IMG button and do the following:
1. Click 'Browse' button to select an image file in your computer
2. Click 'Upload file' button to upload the selected image file to TT server
3. Click 'OK' button to insert the image URL to your post
OK. That is good.
Now tap on Settings > General > Restrictions, scroll to the bottom to Privacy. Tap on Photos and tap on Allow Changes.
Settings is not on TT.
On your iPad, there is a Settings (gears) icon. Tap on it. Under General, is there a "Restrictions" option? If yes, are the following sections listed: Allow, Allowed Content, Privacy, Allow Changes, Game Center?
I really need to know which version of iOS you are using (Settings > General > About > Version). The above setting might be different in an older iOS version.
All that comes up is about displaying email addresses and setting your subscription options.
Where are you seeing this...on TT or on your iPad?
Please let me know which version of iOS is installed on your iPad under Settings > General > About > Version.
Which iOS version are you using? To find out, on your iPad, go under Settings > General > About > Version.
For the Privacy section, on your iPad, go under Settings > Restrictions > Scroll to the bottom, there should be a Privacy section that contains a setting for Photos.
