Teddy Talk: Creating, Collecting, Connecting

Hi everyone, I have a special question for a very dear colleague of mine:

He had this teddy bear as a kid, which was then lost.

Apparently the teddy meant a lot to him, so much so that he even wants to find it as a young adult.

The problem is, he's not even sure how to google it: ''teddy bear with colourful paws'' gives no results :(

Any ideas how else, or where else, to look for this teddy please?

If it's of any matter, my colleague is Canadian, but he's now living in Berlin.
