Well I work in the evenings from 4pm till midnight so our canteen chef has cooked me cajun chicken with noodles and one of the girls in the office gave us a slice of birthday cake too....
I did help my hubby cook dinner for himself though which is like lamb and bean casserole so I did do a bit of cooking !!!

Well, been a bit busy for me!!
My hubbys birthday Saturday, so I took him to our Safari park which was fab. We had a close encounter with a tiger and a brown bear tried to take the hub cap of our car wheel. It was so funny.
Nearly got licked by a giraffe and watched a pride of lions asleep !!!
It was great.
Today I'm chilling and trying to get some bears made!!!

I have a squirrel story actually.
When I was 17, I used to be a cleaner in the evenings at a comapny that had a big site. The building I used to clean was at the top of the site near woods and a bit spooky at 8pm in the evening.
Anyway in this office used to be a packet of biscuits on the window ledge that didn't really seem to be going down that much. I didn't think too much of it.
Anyway after a few months there I was polishing the desks when I heard a tap on the window. It was a part of the window where the biscuits stood.
Who was tapping on the window - a squirrel. So I opened the window up and he just sat there, so I got a biscuit out of the packet and and he took it off me, walked about a foot up the window ledge and sat there and ate it.
I couldn't beleive it. The biscuits were for him and he was a very tame squirrel!!!

Its so true, no matter how old they get they are always pleased to see you, sad to see you go and always brilliant company.
Since I met my hubby 12 years ago I have always been alone at weekends due to him working, I was so lonely on those weekends until we got my pups. I have never felt lonely since.
They are great sources of love and comfort !!!

My brother and his wife have just had there fourth baby about 4 months ago and he got the snip about 4 weeks ago!!! LOL
Its wonderful as they now have Olly (11), Harvey(8), Lottie (14months) and now Jasper(4 months). Its also fantastic as he had testicular cancer about 7 years ago and had to have one removed!
So lots of luck with your new little one when (SHE) arrives!!!!

Met my hubster 12 years ago on a blind date. His mate was going out with my best friend.
They broke up a few years after but we have been together ever since & will be celebrating our fourth wedding anniversary on the 19th.
I thank my lucky stars every day!!!
