Good luck for the show in April ...hugs Lynne
Paula...it was lovely to meet you on Sunday and thanks for sharing the photo of your stand....as there were only two bears left by the time I caught up with you! They were gorgeous bears.....much bigger than I imagined...sometimes it's hard to picture the scale on the TT pics.....I'm in awe of big bear makers!
Hope you're feeling better Marilyn....what a shame you missed it....good we have all these fab pics tho!
Hugs Lynne
Thanks Jane
Jane you've done a fantastic job with the photos (better than leaving the camera at home mentioning no names!....I could've kicked myself!)
Great to meet you at Hugglets...what a fantastic day!
Hugs Lynne
I must say well done to everyone at Hugglets.....it was such a fabulous day...my first visit....I was just as excited to meet all the TT members, as to see all the wonderful bears! So many people were there....by the time I got to some stands a lot of bears had been sold...which was fabulous for them.
I had left my camera at home (still charging in the kitchen!) in the rush to catch the train...so no pics....sorry! It was wonderful to be able to see and touch the fantastic beary creations in the fur....everyone should be sooooo proud of themselves
Hugs Lynne
ps hope I didn't startle Cat (Raggy Rat) too much....I recognised her walking around.....well her 'bump' really gave her away! ...and went up and said hi...thought afterwards it was prob a bit of a random thing to do!
Yes....see you there everyone...can't wait to actually see some of the fab bears in the flesh...or fur so to speak!
Will look out for you and the 'bump' Cat!
Good luck to all TT-ers madly stitching and packing up bears!
Hugs Lynne

Oh my word Jacqui and Chloe 'Pimp that snack' is fantastic!....it reminded me I haven't had a marshmallow teacake for years.....I used to eat all the chocolate off the outside first...then the mallow....then the biscuit with the blob of jam!
Just remembered...I meant to say to Pauline...... if you decide to go I have a spare ticket
Looking forward to meeting everyone ....Lynne
Well done Samantha! adore these two
especially Jack (as it's my son's name too!)
Hugs Lynne
I'm going as a visitor...so will come and say Hi to everyone ...I've started my list of where you all are!
I also have two spare tickets....as a friend has sent me some and I had two in my Teddy Guide....so if anyone wants two just email me and I'll send them on....
Good luck to all ....madly stitching to get finished in time!

Thank you Paula and Kay...that's such a lot of good information. I think I know in my heart that I should have faith and keep selling them myself....but I do keep wavering either way!
Hugs Lynne
Hi ......I have been approached by a shop that's interested in my traditional bears, they have emailed to ask what price I would sell to them for. I'm not sure what to reply as I've only sold through ebay up to now and I know a lot of retail outlets need to mark up the price. A few years ago this was about 100% mark up.
So do I sell the bears for less to a shop or stick with the internet selling only and try for the price I want?
I don't really want to end up making lots for a low cost......anyone any thoughts?
Confused!.... hugs Lynne
I used the Freewebs too it seemed to take me ages to set up....but once done it's very easy to maintain and add pics to etc....and I don't usually like spending too much time on IT things! and like Sue says it's free too!
Hugs Lynne
I have some super Aloe and Bee Propolis cream which works wonders on cracked hands/feet...anywhere! ...and is fantastic for eczema too. Could send anyone a sample if they'd like to try it...email me. Lynne
Yes I agree it's great to keep these traditions going....we have buckwheat pancakes (as we avoid wheat most of the time) and have them with maple syrup....but my son likes them with lemon juice...he's at university and I don't suppose students make pancakes somehow!....will text him to find out!
Don't think you should try fasting for 24 hours Sue Ann....you'll probably just end up with a headache!
Lynne
Ps remember Fanny Craddock had long flowing sleeves that trailed in all the food?!!
Sooooo cute....I'd have to choose two...so the sweet pair on the left please!
Lynne
A little girl yea! Great news Kim
I'm the 2nd of 4 girls...and always felt sorry for my dad living with 5 women! I don't think he minded really...He's now 85 and loves it when we all go home to visit. My son Jack was the first boy in my Mum's family for 65 years! .....and they adore him of course!
Hugs Lynne
Thank you Shelli....that's so useful and informative ....I can see I'm now going to be spending hours on Etsy as well as keeping up with the fab creations on TT!
