Hi i was wondering if anyone could help, i recently purchased this bear and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about him.and what he was used for. He stands approx 3ft and has two captive threads in his bottom pad, he has the iron bridge,shropshire logo.I thank you in advance.

He has registration number PA 169. also Iron bridge Shropshire logo as shown in pic Thanks in advance for any feedback.
