I've only just spotted this! Amazing! From the thumbnail I thought you were showing off a new pet! Looks so real.
Yet another cute little bear!
Oh my, they are fantastic!   They look alive - as though they could get up and give you a hug. Impressive work
Hugs,
Aww, thank you everyone! My head's so big I can't get through the door now...
Here is my latest creation, Petit Bleu, 2.5"/6.5cm tall. He is currently looking for a new home and his full details can be found on my website at: http://www.sarianbears.com/.
Hugs,
She's lovely. I was surprised when I read the size - thought she was much bigger. The dress is lovely too.
He's a great looking bear!
Very cute and looking very mischievous
I love this thread It's great to read everyones' little bit of bear history.
I've got my story on my websitte: http://www.sarianbears.com/page3.htm. I won't post it on here as it's quite long winded
Hugs,
How adorable You can almost hear the snuffling and sleepy yawns
They're all very cute, it's hard to pick a favourite.
Hugs,
Gorgeous bunny! Very cuddly
What a sweet little pair. Very cute
Wow Becky! The cupboard is beautiful and everything is so neat and tidy. I'm very impressed In fact, everyones' spaces look so neat and tidy.... I wonder if getting the camera out had something to do with it...
Sarah, I love your cabinet! I don't think I could fit half my stuff in there though. My husband just told me the other day that if I get anything else he will have to build me my own house, LOL!

(P.S. Sarah, I tried to PM you a couple of times earlier today, but it keeps telling me you don't exist!?)
Hi Jeanette,
(I've sent you a PM)
I have to admit that the cabinet is also good for forcing me not to shop too much for supplies, when I don't really need them  . Though need and want can become very confused
. I do need to leave space so I can actually do some work and it does force me to be more organised with everything too, which can only be a good thing I suppose.
When your husband builds you your own bear making house, can we all come and visit...?
You could start your own bear making holiday company.....
Hugs,
Absolutely wonderful! What a great little character and the feet are superb. Are they fimo?
Do smaller bears take up less space? Hmmm.
Joanne
I know what you mean. I was surprised when I managed to get everything into this cupbaord as I didn't think I would. I'm now very organised and have everything in boxes and a large toolbox. It's my little bit of heaven
This is my workshop and I just love it! I bought it when we returned to the UK from Cyprus end of 2008 and moved in to a much smaller place, so I needed somewhere to keep everything and not have to keep on tidying things away when I wasn't working on the bears. In Cyprus I used the end of a large dining room table and had a large cupboard and boxes in the corner of the room for my supplies and tools. It didn't matter if I needed to spread out as the room was so large.
Back in the UK my bear paraphernalia took up most of the small dining room that we had at the time so the idea of a computer workstation came to me in a 'light bulb' moment.
I realised that I needed something that would keep everything together but would allow me to just shut the doors and hide away my work in progress, as tidying everything away after every sewing session was driving me nuts!
So, the corner computer workstation is now my "workshop in a cupboard" and it suits me just fine
. My work desk is where the keyboard should be and when I've finished for the evening, I just push the draw in and shut the doors - voila! Everything nicely hidden away.
The workstation is much larger than it looks and it goes right back and nearly reaches the ceiling. The bottom cupboard, where the doors are shut have boxes of supplies neatly stacked away, laminator, lightbox, etc, etc and my sewing machine, which I rarely use these days as I can't machine sew my minis.
We have moved 3 times since I started making my bears so I'm thankful that the miniature bear supplies don't take up as much room as the larger bear supplies do, though I do envy your workspaces and to have a dedicated room must be heavenly.
I'll have to get some more recent pictures as this one is at our place in Scotland last year.
Sleepy Sam is fantastic! A great character
I love how you pose your bears
Hugs,
What a fun bear
Dante is just great!
It sounds like your lady collector is very thoughtful and it's nice that she appreciates you need time to do them - better for her too that they're not done in a hurry.
I hope you still manage to get some kitesurfing time in. I'm taking lots of sewing with me when we go to Egypt this summer - kite by day, sew by night - well that's the plan
Have fun with your new project.
Hugs
Gracie is lovely and she suits her neck ruffle.
Oh my, well done!
You better limber those fingers up and get yourself a really comfortable seat....
Is the coffee on too...? You might need it while you're burning the midnight oil
Have they given you a deadline? Are the style, colours etc, your choice too? Looking forward to seeing the pictures...
They're very sweet. It's hard to pick a favourite
