Ths news saddens my so much. I have had the pleasure to meet and spend time with Linda and Wally many times. Wally was the kindest gentleman and such a loving husband to Linda. Just to be around the two of them put a smile on your face as you could clearly see the love and dedication they had for each other and the teddy bear world. Wally will be GREATLY missed, I am sure, by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him. My thoughts and prayers are with Linda.
Sonya
Lisa- exactly right about 4-7 lbs. I think these guys will be between 4.5 and 5.5 lbs
Shantell- absolutely we are keeping both. They are tooooooo cute not to
Yes, it is more puppy pictures. They are pretty much weaned from Mom already. It is hard to keep them still long enough for a picture, but here goes. They were 6 weeks old on Monday.
Thanks ladies! I just LOVE LOVE LOVE these sweeties! They are such GOOD puppies too. I have hardly ever heard them cry. Hmmm, wonder if we are spoiling them? lol
Well, in about 3 hours (at 2:30 am I will be heading to the airport to fly to New Mexico for the Albuquerque show. I will have my laptop, so I hope to post some pics. Wish me luck!
Hi Julia! I am so glad to see you back. I missed you! Keep your chin up and I can't wait to see more of your sweet bears here.
Hugs
Sonya
Aw Louise and Garnet, I am so saddened to hear of your loss of your sweet Tiddy Bear. It is so heartbreaking to lose one of our much loved family members. They are never "just a dog" They are God's special family members who love unconditionally and never expect anything in return. We have all felt that heartbreak and I know it will take time, but I pray you feel better soon.
HUGS
Sonya
Oh my! I too am in the "broken eye keepers club". Whats up with that?
Sonya
Oh my are they growing. Both weigh 1 lb now. They growl at each other and wrestle, and cuddle! Mom wrestles with them as well. We are starting to wean them, they love canned dog food. So we are starting to mix the dry in as well since they are starting to get teeth. When we let them out onto the patio, they run and jump and do pirioetes (sp) and flips and chase each other. Oh what fun! This is what I love about puppies!
BEAMER
RAINBOW
I do make the head a bit larger and shorten the legs a lot and the arms a little and make the belly chubbier.

Why God Made Moms...
"Why God made moms" answers given by elementary school age children
to the following questions:
Why did God make mothers?
1. She's the only one who knows where the scotch tape is.
2. Mostly to clean the house.
3. To help us out of there when we were getting born.
How did God make mothers?
1. He used dirt, just like for the rest of us.
2. Magic plus super powers and a lot of stirring.
3. God made my Mom just the same like he made me. He just used
bigger parts.
What ingredients are mothers made of?
1. God makes mothers out of clouds and angel hair and everything
nice in the world and one dab of mean.
2. They had to get their start from men's bones.
Then they mostly use string, I think.
Why did God give you your mother and not some other Mom?
1. We're related.
2. God knew she likes me a lot more than other people's moms like
me.
What kind of little girl was your Mom?
1. My Mom has always been my Mom and none of that other stuff.
2. I don't know because I wasn't there, but my guess would be
pretty bossy.
3. They say she used to be nice.
What did Mom need to know about dad before she married him?
1. His last name.
2. She had to know his background. Like is he a crook? Does he get
drunk on beer?
3. Does he make at least $800 a year? Did he say NO to drugs and
YES to chores?
Why did your Mom marry your dad?
1. My dad makes the best spaghetti in the world. And my Mom eats a
lot.
2. She got too old to do anything else with him.
3. My grandma says that Mom didn't have her thinking cap on.
Who's the boss at your house?
1. Mom doesn't want to be boss, but she has to because dad's such a
goofball.
2. Mom. You can tell by room inspection. She sees the stuff under
the bed.
3. I guess Mom is, but only because she has a lot more to do than
dad.
What's the difference between moms and dads?
1. Moms work at work & work at home, & dads just go to work at
work.
2. Moms know how to talk to teachers without scaring them.
3. Dads are taller & stronger, but moms have all the real power
'cause that's who you got to ask if you want to sleep over at your
friend's.
4. Moms have magic, they make you feel better without medicine.
What does your Mom do in her spare time?
1. Mothers don't do spare time.
2. To hear her tell it, she pays bills all day long.
What would it take to make your Mom perfect?
1. On the inside she's already perfect. Outside, I think some kind
of plastic surgery.
2. Diet. You know, her hair. I'd diet, maybe blue.
If you could change one thing about your Mom, what would it be?
1. She has this weird thing about me keeping my room clean. I'd get
rid of that.
2. I'd make my Mom smarter. Then she would know it was my sister
who did it and not me.
3. I would like for her to get rid of those invisible eyes on her
back.

THE MOMMY TEST
I was out walking with my 4-year-old daughter.
She picked up something off the ground and started to put it in her
mouth. I took the item away from her and I asked her not to do that.
"Why?" my daughter asked.
"Because it's been lying outside, you don't know where it's been, it's
dirty and probably has germs," I replied.
At this point, my daughter looked at me with total admiration and asked,
"Wow! How do you know all this stuff?"
"Uh," I was thinking quickly,"All moms know this stuff. It's on the
Mommy Test. You have to know it, or they don't let you be a Mommy."
We walked along in silence for 2 or 3 minutes, but she was evidently
pondering this new information. "OH...I get it!" she beamed, "So if you
don't pass the test you have to be the daddy."
"Exactly" I replied back with a big smile on my face and joy in my
heart.
.
=============================================
"Dear Lord," the preacher began with arms extended and a rapturous look
on his upturned face, "without you we are but dust..."
He would have continued, but at that moment one very obedient little
girl (who was listening carefully) leaned over to her mother and asked
quite audibly in her shrill little girl voice, "Mommy, WHAT is butt
dust?"
Church was pretty much over at that point.
wow!~ there are so many artists going to be there that I can't wait to meet! How will I sell any bears? lol
Sonya
I am the recipient of one of Donna's Notes. And I have to say that it made me feel great! Especially when after recieving the bear from the ebay seller, she asked me to do a custom order for her. It can sting sometimes when one of our pieces resells, but in the long run, I have found that the new owner is very grateful to be able to get the bear.
Sonya
aw Kim they are adorable. So many puppiesd! They remind me of the commercials they had on TV where all the little puppies are climbing all over the little boy. Remember that? Wouldn't that be heaven?
Sonya
I think he is adorable and I think many collectors will value the humor in him. I wouldn't hesitate to list him

Sonya
Oh Laura, I am soooo sorry. There is probably nothing I can say that can make it better, but know that my heart goes out to you and your family.
HUGS
Sonya
oh they are precious!
Jodi, Brenda, we will be keeping BOTH
Oh they are getting just sooooo cute! They are walking.... and trying to eat puppy food, and chasing Mom down.... and wrestling, and they have the funniest little growls... they sound more like purring kittens. Enjoy

Ellen, I use photo shop, but also have paint shop pro and use it as well. I do any editing I need to do on photo shop (changing gamma, etc) then save it, then I will open it in paint shop pro, and resize it. I keep it at 300 dpi, then change the size in pixels to usually 400 wide by 600 high which looks quite small on the screen. I save it, then go to the folder I saved it in, I open it and it opens in Microsoft Photo Editor. I select resize, then select ok. (it doesn't change the size. Now I save again and it saves it in a size that is good for the web. Instead of a 200K or more file, I now have a 50-60K file. And I haven't lost resolution. The picture looks great on the web. I also can do the same thing in Phpto Shop by choosing "save for web" and selecting about a 75% file size. It saves it smaller than 100k (opens faster on the web) and you still have the original file as well if you save in another folder. I haven't had a problem with it looking too dark. If you save several times in paintshop pro, you will be losing something everytime and it won't look as nice on the web. It has something to do with the jpg format which has loses every time it is saved.
AWWWWWW - toooooo cuuuuuuute! Hey, Sonya . . . I noticed that you are going to Luann's show in Albuquerque - YIPPEE!!! I'm looking forward to meeting you in person - yay! Would you bring the pups, too? Please, please, please???
Aww Sue Ann, I wish I could bring them, but I am flying out alone this time, so it is going to be hard enough to handle a suitcase full of bears plus my suitcasae. I cannot wait to meet you as well. Maybe it is time for me to get a Past Time bear too. I have admired them for so long, and after making the one you put on here, I need to get one. I must start saving NOW!
Sonya our nephew and niece are growing up way too fast! They get cuter with each new picture
Hugs
TT Auntie Jodi
Auntie Jodi, thank you so much. They use the little blankies you sent them every day. When I bring them downstairs to spend some time with us, I put them in Sunshines doggie bed, then after they eat, I cover them with a blankie and they will fall right asleep under there.
AWWWWWWWW!!! Does this qualify them as "teacup yorkies" or "coffee-cup yorkies"...simply too sweet!!!
LOL Shantell. thank brings a whole new meaning to teacup yorkies.. They will be the size of what some people call teacup yorkies (under 5 lbs), but in reality there is no such thing. just yorkies.. lol.. Maybe we can change that to coffee cup yorkies.
My how they've grown. I love the use of the cup for the pictures. They are so adorable, are you keeping them?
Jane, more than likely we will be keeping them. Mike came home from work the other day and said I have a buyer for one of the puppies. I said , WHAT?? .. gulp... which one?? He said, the girl. I said NO WAY.. Remember MY boy is the daddy and I get pick of the litter. He laughed and said no.. I think we are keeping them both. Usually it is the other way around and you have to convince the GUY that we want to keep them.
there was a huge pile of puppy pics doing the rounds at Münster - of Gregory Gyllenship's soon to be adopted baby Newfoundland....oh, I want them all!!!! Gregory is SO excited over the pup - he even made a glorious black bear which he says is a new breed - the Newfoundland bear!
big huggies
Maria, HOW sweet! I would LOVE to see them. Puppies are just so sweet.
oh my how adorable! The one in the bottom pic has a determined look- that one looks like a handful! hehe
LOL. HE IS A HANDUL. The girl in the top picture is the bigger one and she gets around pretty well, The boy in the bottom picture is smaller and opened his eyes 5 days after the girl, but boy is he making up for it. He is on the go all the time. I can't believe his picture turned out so cute because he wanted OUT of the cup!
Sonya
They are getting so big! 3 weeks old today. Little girl is 12 ounces and little boy is 11 ounces. Pictures taken of them in a Yorkie cup (what else?) Enjoy
Girl
Boy
Jane- we haven't decided for sure on names, but we are leaning towards Moonbeam for the boy and calling him Beamer and Rainbow for the girl and calling her Rainey (since mom and dad are Sunnie and Sunshine)
Brenda-Aleta- we have just about decided we are probably going to keep both. lol Aleta it was a joy to meet you as well. What a pretty warm sweet lady!
Judi- Well Sunnie (da baby daddy, as we call him) likes to go smell them but he runs when they move lol. Tilly just likes to look at them, but Ladybug (my big yorkie) is terrified of them! She runs and hides and won't come anywhere near them. lol
Robyn- Dady is blue and gold and mommy is blaCK AND TAN, but since all of yorkie pups pretty much look the same at birth, we won't know which they will be for a while. I kind of think the girl is going to look more like dad and the girl more like mom.
Oh and puppy breath! AKKKK! Mommy keeps them so clean that they don't yet have that puppy smell.... UNTIL they yawn! like I said AKKKK!
Jodi- do you recognize the blankies? lol
Roxanne- Isn't thier color gorgeous? It is hard to tell what color they will be. The later thier color starts to "break" the darker they will be.
Here is a pic of Mom and dad and you will see why I am unsure.. They both looked basically the same as these puppies when they were babies
DAD
MOM
if I post a 2 week photo of the babies. They are growing so fast and are so cute now. The little girl now weighs almost 9 ounces and the little boy almost 8. The girl has opened her eyes to see the world, but the boy is content to just squint a bit. They are trying to stand up now and look like they have had about 3 beers too many. They get up a bit wobbly, then try to take a great big step and topple over. They are too cute. Enjoy
The male
The female
Sonya
I have listed 2 on B4B so far, but none have sold. I then listed them on ebay. Same story. I am beginning to get a complex. One that I just sold on ebay ended up less thaN COSTS.
