I always send along a personal note to my repeat customers to let them know how much I appreciate them. I also offer them a discount from time to time. Usually 10-15% off. Sometimes I will offer a coupon   good for 10 or 15% off on the next purchase from my website to all of my customers. It does help keep them coming back

Just the other day, Heather posted a great beginners explanation of PhotoShop. While looking at something else, I found some VERY GOOD Basic to advanced lessons to using and understanding photoshop. Also there is a great Digital image retouiching lesson and digital camera basics. As an added bonus, check out the 3D papercrafts. There are some great teddy bears!

I am not the youngest or the oldest. I am 54 (YIKES!) but I look much younger (I think?!?) The hardest thing is when someone asks how old my kids are and I have to tell them I have sons 36 and 33 and a daughter 28.
TRIPLE YIKES!

Definetly check them Shelli. Speaking from experience. When I went to Louisville, I had one bear in my carryon. I thought they were going to totally take him apart even though I explained that it had a cotter poin neck joint and bolts and lock nuts. I didn't even have steel shot (I had glass beads) but they were talking about opening up the back seam and ran it through the x-ray machine about 5 times.

My honey will be out of town on business on Valentines Day, so I made up a bag full of goodies (a pair of apes singing "I got you Babe" , a huge chocolate Kiss,  a couple of bags of his favorite chocolate chip cookies, a Yorkie coffee mug set (from the dogs) a small box of chocolates and some of his favorite trail mix. I also made him a Marine corp blanket throw. I will hide the bag of goodies in his car right before he leaves.

My only comment on this subject is as a victim. I have been bid aGAINST BY A SHILL BIDDER. iT BECAME OBVIOUS TO ME WHEN I bid the max amount I wanted to pay, then another bidder was bidding over and over to increase my bids on the same seller's 3 different auctions. At first it might look like, well I bid on all 3, so why wouldn't someone else. . What became obvious is when they finally bid over my max amount and became the high bidder in 2 of the auctions, then retracted thier bid. So I investigated and found this person (with a feedback of 2) was registered from the same town as the seller and the only auctions they had ever bid on had been the sellers except for 2 which were $1 items and all of this was done within 2 weeks time.  So yes, I turned this bidder as well as the seller in to ebay. What hurt was that I really wanted the item they were offering and now they no longer have what would have been a good customer.

I don't know anyone else who has artistic talent except for my older brother who passed away at the young age of 38. He was a BRILLIANT artist. He could draw/paint (oils, charcoal/ink/pastels, etc) almost anything. Had he lived, his art, I believe,  would have been recognized as some of the BEST of modern day artists. Luckily he did leave a few cherished pieces with family.
It is a shame to lose such a talent at such an early age from what is now a preventable disease. He died of aids 17 years ago.

I don't use steel shot, but I do use the glass beads Here is a link to them. This place is the most economical I have found

Definitely you should have her desexed. Not only for the peace of mind of not having kittens, but because it will prevent health problems in the long run. When a dog or cat is not spade or nuetered, they have a MUCH higher risk of diseases and infections of the reproductive "parts".

Sarah, I think Paypal has a policy that you cannot charge the customer for the ebay fees. You would have to just add that itno the price you ask for the bear.
Sonya

Me too Jenny! I don't like hand sewing, and my bears are mostly larger, but even the tiniest ones I have done. I do as much as possible by machine
