Hi Everyone,

I just want to tell you how we spent our  Saturday evening - we went to hear the wonderful Luciano Pavarotti
sing.
this is his farewell tour and it was called - A night to Remember. His voice is magnificent and at
70 years of age is amazing that he still can sing like he does.
We were given tickets by one of my husbands clients and went along in a party of 20 which was a lot of fun.
Drinking champagne and eating wonderful hors d'ouvers was a great way to spend the evening.

Hugs
Carolyn

Wow! Luciano Pavarotti is one of my favourite opera singers. He has an amazing voice. How lucky you and your husband were to get those tickets. Fantastic!

Have any of you seen this guy's house...fantabulous!

What a superb experience that must have been, Carolyn!!  Too bad he won't be performing any more . . . what an enchanting voice!

Yes, it was a magical evening under the stars and almost full moon.
Around about  we could watch fireworks that were going off in the distance so that was neat.
Danni, he was in NZ and I think his next concert was to be in Asia.
No, Jane I have not seen any pictures of his house but I imagine that it would be grand.
He has a beautiful wife who is 35 and a little babe who is about 2 years old.
Also singing with him was a very beautiful Italian soprano, Simona Todaro  - who had a
magnificent voice also.
It sure was - A night to remember!!
