I a m looking for a pattern to make a bear using clothes from a loved one that has passed. This bear is about  1 foot tall and its arms and legs are attached with buttons....please help...we were give one by my mother in law and i would love to make one for my children...thanks, beth

Hi!

I suggest you have a look at these patterns :

You can adapt a pattern the size of your choice increasing the size of each part of the pattern. you can use cothes fabrics instead of mohair. If these clothes have a lot of elasticity, you can line them with heat set vieseline.
You can also replace traditional joints with very thick thread and buttons.
