Oh my, what an awsome pattern. Thank you! I've always wanted to try a pattern like that, modeled after an old toy I have. So you will really be teaching me lots here. Thank you!

Oh, and your guys's mice are SOOOOOO darn cute!!

Now the hard part, is deciding what fabric to use...................
tough life eh? LOL

mouse2a.jpgHere is my little mouse...of course, it is a mink mouse. It is a pale grey mink that I sheared down. She is stuffed with mini glass pellets, sand, and BB's for weight.

I could not follow the directions exactly. It was just too big for me so I reduced the pattern to 58% and the only other thing that I changed was to give her a straight tail.

In this size it is about the size of a real mouse. I was very pleased with the results and I had a lot of fun making her.

Right after I took her photo I was shipping a bear to one of my collectors so I added this little mouse as a special gift to her. Needless to say, my collector was delighted.

Kathy, your mousie is adorable! I love how each one pictured in this thread is so different and individual. Great job, you all! And now if I could only finish the bear I'm making and find some time to make a mousie...  bear_happy

OH, I should have signed my name on that last post. I'm new to Teddy Talk, so I'm sure people are bewildered to read New Avenue Crew.  bear_wacko

I love all these little mice.  What a fun little challenge.  I was going to hold out and take my pictures with 4 kittens but alas Skippy isn't out and about when I want her to be.

All these mice are so cute - my pattern is still sitting on my computer desk right where it landed after printing it out.  I really must get busy.  Soon - yeah soon.

Are there any other mice finished yet?

Shantell, that mouse is soo darn cute! Oh my. You've done really well.

I've made mine, I should go take some pics. Not as cute as everyone else's though. Guess it's hard to make anothers pattern.

But it has totally inspired me to create a fast-to-sew pattern just for fun.
