A few weeks ago i told you all about my aunt sheila who sadly has yet again been diagnosed with cancer...

Sheila's on the left picture taken three weeks ago...
Sheila's situation has sadly worsened.
She has now been told because of futher tests that the cancer has spread further to her liver and spine.
She is currently recieving radiation on her hip and leg and when she is finished this week thay are then going to give her chemo again.
She has now accepted that she needs to remain positive, and all our family are behind her 100%
You left me fabulous posts i was so moved and grateful.
I want to ask you all a big favour NOT FOR ME BUT SHEILA...
I AM MAKING HER A SCRAPBOOK OF HOPE
In it i am putting everything i can find with words of hope and encouragement.
I would love you all to help me by maybe leaving posts to Sheila here...
Anything that will make her feel cared about and stronger.
MESSAGES POEMS ENCOURAGEMENT ETC
So i can include them in the book

"MY CLIMB"
When I said I had enough,
And things were getting far too tough.
I told the Lord I can't go on,

My heart was very heavy today
Then Jesus smiled, as He passed my way,

I was so happy I met such a kind friend
I know He'll be with me right to the end,

Jesus My Savior, Was holding me all the time !
Jesus my teacher, my friend and guide

So we'll rest in God amidst' life trials

I keep my eyes on Jesus, He is always there,

Jesus my Redeemer lives
What peace and joy each day He gives,
He is my friend who is always near,
Sheltering His children, in His tender care.
Sometimes the road is long and dreary
And the path seems oh so steep,
We cry out to God, please do help us,
Because our heart begans to weep.
Jesus is near each time we fall
He is the greatest friend of all,
He understands our hurt and fears,
With His loving hand He wipes the tears.
"Today's Thought"
God always gives enough strength for the next step.
-Life's burdens are designed not to break us, but to bend us toward God.
Jesus is right for whatever is wrong in your life.
May the riches of His love rest upon you today and always,
Just trust Him for each new day.
May God strengthen your mind day by day during your walk with HIM through this storm!! :hug:

Volcanoes produced breathtaking beaches and
Thunderstorms return precious moisture to the earth
Even fruit trees must sometimes be severely pruned
In order to make them stronger and more productive
So too it might be God's plan for us
to experience dramatic changes in our lives
In order to become the people He intends us to be
Sheila, if your life is being "pruned" now,
although it is painful,
it just may be God's way of making you stronger
I wish you strength to accept the challenge and
God's gentle love to guide you....

Ive had a letter from Sheila today thanking my children for the card we sent to her.
She is sounding so postive...
We are so proud of her, she is really frightened, but she is being so brave.
