Ahhhh, girls, I feel so happy. :dance: :dance: :dance:

I have e-mailed a few time to apply for a replacement: a teaching position in a high school. A friend of mine is pregnant and will need to be replaced from december or maybe earlier, end of november.

After almost three weeks with no answer, I got a phone call a moment ago.
I will have an interview on friday: 11:00 am, Paris time. They want to check I will be fitting the position!!!

So believe me how happy I am. After more than two years of unemployement and the almost total loss of my selfconfidence, I finaly see a little light at the end of the dark frightening corridor.

Well, the battle is not won yet, still have to pass successfuly the interview...

That may be my only chance to enter the teaching system this year. Once entered, as long as they are happy with my work, I will have big chances to be proposed new positions, as I will be on the top of their applicant lists. So then, up to me to prepare the teaching diploma and try to get a permanent teaching position. At least I will have some teaching vacations until I get that diploma, only once entered... got the tip?

So my friends, I need you more than ever right NOW and until friday French lunch time.

Cross all your fingers, toes, etc, light some candle in your fav church, tell some prayers, well anything that can bring me some luck... I desperately need you. As much i desperately need to get that job...

Sophie...it's your time! You have waited sooo long and suffered so much dissappointment and it's been cruel. I can understand how the constant rejection cripples your belief in yourself. BUT the big chance here is that you have an INTERVIEW...and once they meet you face to face your talents and kindness with shine and they won't be able to resist giving you the job.
