We went to look at a house on Tuesday, and we have decided to buy it.   

It is our first house, so I am getting really excited about sorting it all out and moving in.

At the minute I live between houses. Rob works 4 on 4 off (nights), so I am at my house when he is working and at his house when he is off work. It gets really confusing. But now I can just live in one place all the time, which is great!!

I can't wait.

That is wonderful news!! It sure is not easy living in 2 houses...you can get very confused about where things are sometimes...We lived in a camper every summer & a rented house every winter for 8 years...I was always saying..." know it was right here last year...where did I put it now???" Looking back I  :crackup: You will be so happy with only 1 home!!!

What lovely news Kat!  I do hope it all goes well for you.  Buying your first home is such an exciting time!  Your new home looks very smart and so nicely situated too. 

I'm currently at the other end of the deal, trying hard to sell mine!  It's so stressful, I took it off the market for a few weeks just to give myself a break.  We've had such bad luck with our sales and purchases over the past few months, but onwards and upwards!  I have just gone back on the market and my partner and I are making a concerted effort to secure our first home together before Christmas if we can.  :pray:
