Will you live to be 100?
Go here and take this simple test to determine how long you might live!
www.livingto100.com
I heard about this test on the radio so just had to take it. I was relieved to read that I won't live to be 100!
NOTE: I've received no spam since visiting this site, and my computer seems to be working the same as always so I THINK it's safe!
Only to age 93!
Alright, Sue Ann!!!!
Bet you'll still be making bears too!
I think something is wrong. It said I will live to 103. Man, I retired early because I didn't want to work until I died. Looks like I will be retired longer than I worked

88 for me ... not sure what I need to do to increase it! Probably some exercise!!!
Daphne I don't even want to know!!!! lol.
Sonya - with all the drugs they have to keep us alive today I'm surprised we don't all live to be 103!
Paula - It does indeed give you a very lengthy explination of all the things you can do to lengthy your life expectancy! 88 is GREAT!
You'll notice I'm not telling you what it gave me for an answer.
Basically I need to eat better, sleep better, stress less and get some exercise! HA! Total life style change? I don't think so!
81 for me! Obviously, there are things I could be doing better. I wonder if it's the lack of exercise and junk food diet........hmmm.
I'm at 95!
I too need to work on the exercise bit. I eat really well with a strict diet and I don't have any unhealthy habits...except I hate to "exercise". It was too hard to do for a while with being sick. I walk the dogs, and I'm active all day...BUT the idea of doing typical exercise (bouncing around) totally turns me off. Years ago I once tried TaeBo (did I spell that right?) and the dogs freaked out. What a barking mess... It wasn't worth the aggravation

Looks like I'm around til I'm 90! Now if I want to wear sunscreen while exercising on the treadmill and doing sudoko puzzles I'll get a few more years....oh, and I also have to enroll in school for a few more years eduction
Marion
Looks like I have a few good years left , my number was 94.

I guess I'm supposed to live to 81. Hmmm, all the stress, lack of sleep, and less-than-perfect diet is going to catch up with me I guess. I want to see what my husband's will say!
You know, there should be a question in there about whether you have a good daily dose of Teddy Bear in your life.... I think they do wonders for my stress livel and general outlook on life!

91 ........... looks very good
85 for me.
.
I think for me its definitely too much "junk in the trunk"(& well...the rest of the car too!)

Mine said 87. I know I need to shape up. I am heavier than I've ever been (not counting pregnacies) gaining 17lbs in this year. ( That was after losing ten so technically the gain was seven I suppose...) Still, at 5'2' that means shopping for bigger jeans for sure!
I do think you may be onto something about a daily dose of Teddy Bears Kim! Now I just need to find a way to stitch them up while running on the treadmill instead of watching TV! That would be a good trick, wouldn't it?
Mine came out 100...lol...and since this is a definite drug & medical establishment company...I am amazed...and so many of the questions did not really have the answer I would have chosen...like most of our food is raised or grown by us...we drink nothing but filtered water that we filter ourselves...and the only medications I might take are herbal I have gathered & made myself...plus...there was no choice like I work for myself at home...so I took this all with a grain of salt...real salt...not the iodized stuff  So I could live until I die....
It was interesting to take this test...but I sure would have different questions...Thanks Daphne...it was fun...and interesting to see what they ask & do not ask...
Hugs &
Charlotte - Oh, I didn't really take it seriously..... just fun and it does indeed open our eyes to our health habits... whether they directly effect our longevity or not.....
Had I taken it totally seriously, after learning I'd only live to 78, I'd have immediately spent an hour on the exericse thingy in our cellar and thrown away all the sweets and started meditating!
But it was an eye opener as I can see how some of our habits can indeed effect our health, I knew it but a good old slap in the face sometimes is helpful... at least for me!
I'm in at 88. Not bad. Apparently I could add more years if I worked less, slept more and cut out the coffee. Me without coffee?
Warmest bear hugs,
