This is totally off topic but I just wanted to share this with you all.
I know that there are several gals out there that are around my age....
When I came across this video, I just sat here smiling from ear to ear
I hope you enjoy it as much as I did
Hey Roxanne, I remeber although I would venture to guess that I am older than you. I was lucky enough to go to high school in Provo, Utah where the Osmonds are from. In fact, when they were out of school, my (now ex) husband did the construction work on thier houses. But I have to tell you, Marie is absolutely a living doll. And as sweet as she is pretty.
What memories!

He's a little bit country... she's a little bit rock and roll...
When the Donny & Marie show came out, people were just getting VCR's and there was no such thing as a cellular phone. Gee, that makes me feel old!
Those were the days my friends.... Thanks for sharing, Roxanne.
It really does not seem that long ago!
Hugs
Carolyn
I just watched the crazy horses one of my absolutely favourite Osmonds song!!!
Just Brilliant !!!
LOL
Claire
Donny was going to marry me ... he was sixteen and I knew that when I caught him up in seven years time, he'd be there waiting for me. Every time I gazed at the big poster of him next to my bed, I knew. *Sighs*
Well, even at age nine, a girl can dream you know!
I wore a purple heart necklace at all times ... just in case he happened to be passing (the Atlantic Ocean didn't occur to me back in those days .. geography never was my strong point  )
And guess what? I grew up, and up, and up and now I'm in my forties and he's back on the TV from time to time and the rotten devil just gets better and better with age! What a tease!!
Roxanne, you always find the neatest stuff on the internet.
HA! I was 13 when that when that song came out. It's seems like such a long time ago!
Oh, Isn't it so much fun to reminisce about those days of innocents.
What really brought me to this was a video I saw of "Wierd Al Yankovics," where Donny Osmond is a spot guest in the video. So, I went to myspace.com and searched Donny Osmond and first found this video!
My teenage daughter was watching this video with me and I kept say "Isn't he soooo cute!! And she replied, Mom, he's only like 13 years old!! I said, I know! But I cant help but feel like I was young again seeing this video. Donny Osmond was such a HUGE part of my life when I was like 9, until I was married when I turned 18. There was not 1 inch of empty space left on my bedroom walls. They were completly covered with pictures of Donny Osmond! When they had their own tv show, I sat next to the television speaker with my little cassette player, recording the show, basically only when Donny sang I still have the cassettes
Well, I just wanted to share this with you all........
Oh no! I'm going to be singing Puppy Love for the rest of the day....swoon!
(I was 9 years old too, and totally infatuated with Donny..and David Cassidy...!)
WOO HOO THE OSMONDS!!!!!!!!!
I USED TO LOVE THE OSMONDS but obviously i was only a baby when they were around
Helena, I was a Donny and Shaun Cassidy fan. I used to wear purple socks just for Donny
Ahhhhh I miss my Donnie and Marie dolls
Hugs Tynna
Tammy, I saw David Cassidy in London once while I was out shopping and dragging numerous plastic carrier bags behind me. What a sight I must have been! I was walking past one of the theatres to catch a bus and saw a red carpet event going on, so I stopped and watched. David got out of a posh car and stood within arms length of me!!! And at the age of 32, surrounded by carrier bags, I almost swooned...
*breaks out into a rash just thinking about it*
Something for the Cassidy Fans
