Teddybears SwedenI'm not so use to Ebay and I don't have a clue where to change the shipping info? I ship WORLDWIDE but my acution says "ships to United States". Were do I change that? I have been looking everywhere!

If you go back to edit your auction, click 'revise your item' at the top of the page and scroll down to 'payment & postage'. Then click through to the page with payment/shipping information on and there should be an option to tick boxes for the places you're happy to ship to....of course, it might be different depending which eBay site you're listed on, and I can't physically check those pages at the moment because I don't have an auction available right now.... (so I'm not much help really am I?!!! 
).
Oh, and you should be able to do this as long as you don't have a bid... but once a bid is placed you can't change anything.

BruinwerksDecided to go world wide ? I have been thinking about it. I am not sure of the shipping costs though and just how to do that. I sent something to Canada once and she got mad because I charger her what it cost me , I think it was $17.00 sooooooooo I have been afraid to make any one else un happy.

I wouldn't be too worried about sending to Canada. It costs more to ship 'in country' than it does to have stuff sent from the states. I recently bought a stack of 6 older bear magazines on Ebay for $2 and paid $18 to ship only one province away! (yes, that was the actual postage, no handling) 
Your customer was just trying to take advantage of you by badgering you so you would discount her.
Some countries have a very poor safe delivery percentage so I would check on delivery insurance before I would just say 'worldwide'.

Bears by EdieI think with international shipping it is great if you can let the people know ahead of time what it will cost them for shipping and then if they go ahead and bid they should have no surprises. What ticks me off is people making a pile of money off their postage - or people from the States who say they will ship within the US for a couple of dollars and then want to charge me $15 or more to send the same item to Canada when they can likely send it here cheaper than within their own country, IF it is a small light weight item. The US has an "air letterpost" rate for Canada that is incredibly cheap - only $2.50 for 8oz, $3.95 for 1 pound, etc. The problem is that because they call it letterpost a lot of people don't know that it isn't just for letters but also for small parcels so they don't quote this rate but use the Global Express, and Global Priority, etc. instead, which are MUCH more. Now of course there is no insurance on the letterpost so if it is an expensive item then you might not want to send it this method.

Jare Hares & BearsI would suggest checking out the help section on ebay... then type in international shipping that should pull up good information. They cover some of this stuff in detail.
Also go talk to your local post office, just ask your questions about international shipping.
I send my patterns overseas, by airmail (I think) and it is cheaper than other methods and it is just as fast or faster.
But sending bears and bunnies is a little different. Be sure when you make your listing to state that international buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, customs, and duties that result from purchasing and importing your item. Don't let them talk you into sending it marked as a gift. That is illegal. Fill out the customs forms accurately and completely, ask questions if you are not sure.
I only charge exact shipping on any item that I ship. The only exception to this are items that start at auction and a less than their normal retail. But then I only charge $1.00 handling fee, but I make sure to give this information in the shipping section of the listing. I find that keeping handling fees under $5.00 on most items and disclosing this information in the listing keeps most people from fussing too much. When you don't disclose this information that is when people get upset. That is why I will read and re-read auction listings that I am interested in purchasing. If the shipping and handling fees are too much then I move on. I find other listings that are reasonable. Most of the time, "If it sounds too good to be true, then it is".
