I'm not sure if you've done this here on TT before (you probably have!) but I thought it'd be fun to see everyone's very first bear they made. If you don't have a picture of your first bear, maybe you could just show us all one of your early creations. Even better - show us an early creation and a new creation so we can see the difference!

I'd really love to see how everyone has progressed - I also think it would be wonderful for new bear makers to see that 'things can only get better'!!!  bear_thumb

Here is a picture of my very first bear on left called Peanut. He stands 4" and is VERY loosely thread jointed. I tried permanent fabric markers to shade around his eyes....little did I know at the time that it wouldn't blend after applied !!

On the right is my latest creation called Hugo.

Edie asked us to share some of our early bears to see how much our work had changed. Here's the thread:

It's nice to repeat topics like this for folks who weren't around for the last or might have missed it.  Last time around I posted larger bears so this time I'll share the minis.
My first mini was made from stuff I found at Joanne's. Poor little seed bead eyes and literally a screw and nut holding his head on (don't ask..I don't even know how I did it, I just wanted the head to turn ..I imagine I could unscrew his head if I tried   )

This is Twinkle. I just finished him Thursday evening...he'll be on eBay tomorrow (hopefully)
