I am planning to enter the Tobys for 2007 but I am not sure about the best way to pay my entry fee. Can I pay by my Visa card? Remember I live in the UK.

It says on the forms

Entrants outside the U.S. may wire transfer the fee (in U.S. funds)

is this the best, I'm really confused as to what to do as I know some bank charges are really costly and I don't want to have to pay more than necessary.

Jane this is really weird.....I've been pondering this question for the last few days!!!!

It would be so much easier via Visa card direct.......or paypal !!

Hopefully some one will know.....????

Last year I paid by filling-in my credit card details on the Fee form.  I think it means that they don't want anyone INSIDE the US to wire transfer funds, whereas anyone anywhere can pay by credit card.

I would like to have a go at the Tobys too, as I don't have a credit card Paypal would work for me.  Can it be used?

We don't Paypal, but you can definitely use almost any credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Am Ex, Discover). No one sees it but me and the accounting staff, but if you're not comfortable writing it on the forms, you can call me and I'll write it down.

How can I find out more about the Tobys? I'd love to enter but I know nothing about how it works or how I can enter.

I have as well decided to enter, I was humming and hawing, and then the other day I received some amazing pictures from Julie-Anne Bolton that she took of one of my bears for me and that made up my mind to go for it!!!! She takes amazing pictures!!!

Okay, I don't have a credit card and they don't accept Paypal, can I send a money order??

Have just printed the 6 pages and will have a good read tonight.   I see money orders accepted in US funds...
