Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that the review of the Maine Teddy Bear Show has been printed in this (Jan/Feb) issue of Teddy Bear & Friends. It was written by Anna Vey of Underground Bear Factory. As the show was back in August it was fun to read her review and relive that day. I hope you'll take a moment to read her review and check out the photos! For a first time show promoter I was thrilled with the results of not only my efforts but the support and enthusiasm of the participating artists. We are all looking forward to 2007!

As a result of the article and a separate advertisement in the same issue about the shows I'm promoting in 2007 many applications have come in. I am so excited!!!!

That brings me to my reminder... for those considering doing these New England, USA shows... if you sign up by Dec. 31st you'll receive an exhibitor booth discount! Your application must be post marked no later than Dec. 31. You know how hectic life gets as Christmas draws near so don't delay.

Our continued discussions here on TT are helping many of us plan teddy bear shows in the future.... all of you have valuable input on ideas for making teddy bear shows a success. I know it has helped me a lot to get your thoughts on various ideas and it's just one of the many reasons that I'm thankful to have Teddy Talk!

I didn't read the magazine closely yet and just noticed Dilu's name and golly in big letters! That's great news, Daphne; I'll be sure to check it out. I can only assume the review was positive since you're sending us all out to read it right away!

Actually, our house finally got on the market today. It's sad to see the listing on the internet and all the pictures. We just love this house!

House hunting is going slow but going......
We're going to Maine tomorrow to check out a LONG list of properties. bear_wacko

Fantastic news Daphne. I am sure that the show was fantastic!! I hope it gets you lots and lots of people booking for future shows. Is the article available online to read anywhere?
