Way to go, Dilu!

My UFO is going to take me a while... it's a quilt... you quilters know how you get the top done and then get itchy to start the next project??? I have a number of quilt tops waiting to be finished! But this one was supposed to be a Christmas present LAST year (2005) and STILL isn't done! I have no excuse! I hate bindings but I can't put this off any longer! I'll let ya know when it's done! Hopefully by Friday!

Well I finished one UFO only to create a second as I incorrectly cut a pattern and now have to try and order more fur. *sigh*  The thing that irritates me is that I checked and rechecked it and still managed to get it wrong.

Un Finished Objects

Bears without stuffing, faces, limbs, etc. that have been cast aside.
Quilts only partially pieced together that have never been finished.
The photo album you started making but haven't finished putting pictures into yet.

Getting the idea???

I finished a lace knit shawl I had been working on for about a year, on and off between bears. Yeah! Got more UFOs lying around though, all sorts of crafts, crochet bears, cross-stitch, knitting. Hmm, I should start a quilt  bear_grin

Oh Daphne. I do understand!!!  and quilts can take forever.  I confess, I threw one out about a month ago.  I didn't like it, had never liked it and would never finish it.....oops....out it went.

But i am solemnly trying to keep my resolutions and finish everything else!

Oh Bronwen, i am so sorry!  that is a dreadful disaster, and sometimes there is no way around it but to order more.... bear_cry

Heather, we all have them-  My resolution started on Judi's topic, when i realized I, yet again, could not get into my room and that with Mom coming to live up here, I simply couldn't have boxes piled up on the living room floor....I would be the cause of her tripping and breaking a hip.  Yikes!

so I decided to clean the rooms up, reorganize the storage boxes, small fortune in boxes, Have I, and then in the process begin finishing left over projects, at least one a week....if i can get three done though, I am farther ahead.

I'm afraid several of my UFOs will indeed be flying ....into the wastebasket  bear_cry I've drug some of them around for years, and will never be satisfied with them.  Soooo, I shall close my eyes, chuck them into the garbage bag, and then close it quickly so I don't drag them back out again  bear_whistle
