To answer Shelli's and Debora's question: Matilda is crocheted from a blend of different fibers which gives her the dense and interesting "fur". The different fibers used are not mohair but more the synthetic type other people use to knit or crochet shawls, etc.
I just choose to combine some of them to make bears:P

I am still digesting and doing the happy dance. :dance: :dance: :dance:
