exchanging and trading ATCs.....

So what have you guys done with yours?

I have started with my shadow box idea, these piccys are from one lady, my dearest friend Helen in New Zealand....She is quite talanted at this card thing and I treasure each and everyone of them....2 of the open up and i wanted to be able to open them and yet still have them safe.

The shadow box is 12X12 and I got it at Sunshine Crafts or perhaps it was Crafts Unlimited....since i want more of them I better figure it out

It worked well.

I was looking through alll the other cards, and you know ladies, some of them are so beautiful and so perfect that i simply cannot leave them locked up in a box....gotta set these little guys free....

but here's my start.

Lets see what you guys are doing, or are your ATCs still in a box or drawer?  Hmmmmmmmm.....

Sounds like a challange to me

gollyslobberkisses all around....drag out your cards and get going.....

What a great idea. I can see why you'd want them displayed. They're all very creative. Is the one you exchanged in there, too? Did you make the same card for each exchange or did you have to come up with all new ideas? Sounds like you had lots of fun and lots of memories.

No, all my cards were a little different...and my friend has mine....But hers are so lovely.  Now to get some more boxes done....the ones from the ladies here are simply breathtaking and i want them on display too....there is so much talent here, it takes my breath away!

These are just from Helen,  i suspect I shall have to start a new box for this years!

What a fantastic way to display them ... they look great I guess I will have to come up with something now for mine ...not that they are in a box or drawer. I have them on a shelf in my workroom where I can see them.

Wow I just love how you have displayed your cards Dilu, what a nifty idea. I don't have any other cards but my own and those I have stashed in a yucky plastic folder. If I had other artists ACt's I would make a pretty book of some sort to show them off, oooooh I feel an idea coming on......... I got some( 2 lonely cards) that I can't seem to get rid of (maybe they are to ugly and no one is willing to tell me bear_cry ) anyone up for a trade.  That way I can start my very own ATC collection and have someone else's work to gaze at.  If this isn't the right spot for this kind of post please no one take offence, and direct me where to go, OKAY not there from what I hear it's way to hot....
I can post pictures of them if anyone is interested
Anywho better scat got work to do, like making bears is really work
Hugs everyone Deborah
