I managed to get a bear done in time for the Teddies 4 Charity
Meet William , made from recycled mink. I reduced Nancy's pattern by 50% so he measures in at just a tad over 8". He was so much fun to make for such a great cause !
(I was hoping to make a girl named Charity or Faith, but he just insisted on being a boy )
Aww, William will be a huge hit with his new family, that's for sure - he's very appealing and looks extremely cuddly!
Funny how the bears themselves determine whether they'll be boy or girl isn't it?!
He's adorable and so cuddly looking...I want him!!!
Ahh wow he is super cute!! what did you do to his nose ? waxed? it looks FAB!
William is awesome, Tammy!! He will bring big bucks, I'm sure!
Beautiful!! He should bring in some big bucks I'm thinking.
It really is amazing how different each bear looks from the same pattern.

Thanks so much everyone for your kind comments. You gals really do know how to make a person feel good !
I hope William does do well as I think it is a great cause. My neighbour's 14yr. old daughter was diognosed with thyroid cancer this Sprng, so I am delighted to be a part of this Children's Cancer fund raiser. I'm amazed too at how each bear is looking so different ! :)
Pipa, the nose is made from Fimo clay. Not waxed.
