We just got back form our vacation to Washinton Dc. Visiting relatives and seeing all the sights. We had a great time.
We went to the National Zoo there and seen the pandas! What characters they are
They were all inside the buildings. Just laying around and taking it easy. It was so hot and humid!!
The first 2 are of the young one named "Tai Shan" 2 years old.
The next 2 are of the daddy named "Tian Tian."
My 2 kids, Robby and Cassie at the National Mall.
Rainy day in Alexandria VA.
I thought that this was a nice pic of the Smithsonian Castle.
Roxanne,
I love your pictures! I've never seen a panda and I would loooove to - someday! Don't they look cuddly?
I adore the picture of Alexandria, VA - the old street fronts and architecture is lovely. I really like old places like this.
It's nice that you got to visit family AND sight see - that's what I call a great vacation.
hugs,
Brenda
Everyone all together now : AAAWWWHHHHHHHH!!!!
Those pandas are so incredibly cute!!!
Lovely pics of your kids and the ones of the Smithsonian and Alexandria. I've not been to the East Coast properly and everyone's tempting me with all these fantastic pics :photo: Thanks for sharing
GREAT photos, Roxanne! Thanks a bunch for sharing!
Roxanne, your pictures are so beautiful. They bring back wonderful memories for me. I just love pandas so much and got to see some at that same zoom almost 17 years ago. Washington is a great place. My kids and I have watched Tai Shan on the panda cam online for the past year. He was a riot when he was small and tumbled around everywhere. He and his mom & dad are just so amazing . Thank so much for sharing the pics.
Great pictures, thanks for posting!
I love pandas; could watch them for hours. Thanks for the pictures.
