Nuuu no, you're all wrong, it's white cats that are the kings! :D
Paula, she looks really cute! Our last kitten, Winnie is about three now, and when we were given him (by a VET) we were told he was a girl... hence the name! He's a boy now, so we tried Winston, but not a chance: he doesn't answer to anything Must be coz he's grey... here's my baby, Sherbie (looking slightly obese)
Lucky you Paula, she's just beautiful!

Puddles is such a sweetie and how much fun you have watching a playful kittie.
Hugs

That is THE CUTEST puddle of distraction!!! Oh, you know I'm a cat person!!! Those kittens just twist me into pretzels!!!!! How can you possibly get anything done?!!!
Max is over a year old, and still soooo much a kitten, and all it takes is for him to sit at the bottom of my chair and mew and I'm putty in his paws. I think it's God's way of telling me to slow down. Isn't it amazing how they come into our lives just as we are the busiest? A voice perhaps?? Hmmmm. I think so.
Warmest bear hugs with kitten snuggles,
Aleta
Great pic Chloe ... she looks very content!
Puddle is full of beans and a real handful. Such a cutie, but boy do I need eyes in the back of my head! I think we'll have to start a little training today ... first lesson: my legs are not tree trunks ripe for the climbing! No matter what the weather does, I won't be back in my shorts until this little lady understands not to use her claws to climb me! Thank heavens for denim jeans!
I also need to work out how to encourage my ginger cat Toffee to accept her. So far all he wants to do is steal her food and swipe at her. Very bad manners! Trouble is, he's used to being the baby of the family (even though he's ten years old) and is feeling a bit put out at this new arrival, despite every attempt to let him know he's still part of the family. He's even teaching her bad language (hissing!) ... disgraceful behaviour!
What a sweetie! How lucky you are to have a new baby!
I adore black cats... I'll stick with Paula's comment about it being the witch in me.. hehehe. I have my black licorice Maine Coon 'Ghost' who is staying with my Mom and Dad and I miss him terribly.
Thanks for sharing!
Hugs!

I think Toffee will get used to her, to be honest Sherbert had to get used to Winnie, and he's definately still my baby: unfortunately my mum added complications to their initial meeting by spraying an aerosl can just as Sherbert leant forward to sniff Winnie... he thought the kitten could make that sound for weeks!
Some cats never get on, but I think if they're going to be living together they'll get used to it! Sherbert is tolerant now XD if in doubt, try and find some 'Feliway': it's a spary that mimics cat happy hormones, and it really mellows my three out Or there's always cat nip XD
See you on Sunday!
Aha! Happy hormones .. what a good idea! If peace doesn't reign supreme very soon, I will investigate this concept further ... might do my kids some good to have a spray of them too!
Is it coincidence, or something else at play here? MMMmmmmm????
This is my little black PUDDLE, hehehehehehehehehehehehehh
Aww she is sooooo sweet Paula, you gonna have a lot of fun together. My Marmalade died a few years back and I am thinking I need another one soon after seeing all the kitty pics.
Warm wishes
Pauline
