Bear Paws by RoxanneBoy what a last few weeks this has been.
First, my husband gets hit by another truck and totals out his new truck of only 3 weeks, and has a fractured shoulder.
Second, 2 weeks ago I slammed my hand in a door and I believe I might have fractured it. I have a bump on my finger that still gives me terrific pain.
Then, a couple days ago I was using a knife to cut out a label from a shirt and the knife slipped and got me on my hand between my thumb and index finger, ya know where that tendon runs along there. It is taking forever to heal because it was a puncture wound.
Then..... Now to the HAIL! We had a hail storm roll through last night that had hail the size of golf balls. I have a hail damaged vehicle in my drive way, plus, our other car has the rear window busted out and heavy hail damage to it!!
It makes a gal want to ask "What's NEXT?"

Ouch Roxanne, tha sucks big time. :hug: :hug: :hug: I hope things get better and no more bad things happen. That is quite the hail! We had a tornado here back in the 80's and all the vehicles that were outside had hail damage.. the hail was like golf balls and it was scary! I was just a little kid but I still remember the hail!
Hope things get better from now on!

Yes, we had your hailstorm last week with what I called ping pong ball sized hail. Monstrous stuff! I opened the door to gather some of the stones and got hit in the head - ouch. Spring in Texas is beautiful, but sometimes the weather is very unstable and stormy. Tornados all around our vicinity last night, but we just got powerful straight line winds and an inch of rain in about 30 minutes.

AND I certainly hope your numerous injuries heal....jeez woman you gotta take care of yourself, and your poor hubby......which is worse the truck or the shoulder? Mine would say the truck hurt worse.
But thank you for the piccy on the hail-now those of us who don't get it can see that it truly did/does happen!

Yeppers, The slammed finger on the left and the puncture on the right.... 
Heres a little pic of my poor car. You can see the round swirls where the hail got it....
At least the insurance people are acting fast. We replace the window tomorrow and meet with the inspector Sunday. They will probably write the check for the damage then.

DoodlebearsYikes Roxanne, what bad luck you've had. I hope everything straightens out for you soon and that your injuries heal well, your husband's too. The car looks a real mess, I'm so glad we don't get huge hailstones like that here in the UK. I hope you luck changes from now and everything goes well for both of you.
