I received a e-mail through  "My ebay" from a bidder asking me a question. So it is legit.
Here it is in Russian:

Не смогла найти размеры Вашего мишки. И, к сожалению, у меня нет РР, денежные переводы через другие систеы для Вас приемлемы, если, конечно, я сумею выиграть аукцион?
Территорриально я в Москве.
И будет ли "свидетельство о рождении" у медведика?)

I took the e-mail to a on-line translation and this is what I got:

I understand most of it, but kind of blurry on the rest. Is there anyone who can translate it clearer for me.
My auction ends in 20 hours, so i dont have much time to respond.

I don't know that Julia could help you in time.  What about Deb at New Avenue Crew??  I think that's it.  She's learning Russian, and might be better able to help.  I so wish I could help you. Maybe you can send them a reply in English?  Just to let them know that you received their question, but don't understand.  Maybe they could find someone who could translate for them?   :hug:   I hope you can get your answer there in time for them.  I think if it were me, I'd email them in English, that way they'd know at least I was trying to help.
