I listed a bear on e-bay 7 days ago.
The money raised if she sold was to go to the Victorian Fire Releif.

I was unaware of e-bays policies regarding fundraising on their site.

They took my listing off....1 hour to end of auction and with 4 watchers.

Can anyone tell me why they didn't notify me immediately it was listed and I then  would have reworded the auction listing....

Oh, well....will add her to my website and try and sell her there for a most worthy cause.

Tried to send an email to e-bay but as you all know that is near an impossibility..

eBay doesn't find everything on their own. Chances are someone reported it. There are watch dog groups out there that do just this. Nothing personal and they probably don't even know you. Confusing though that you got all the way to just one hour to the end of the auction. Sounds like you slipped by without notice until almost the end.
Sorry they pull it. :(

Don't worry about it Denise. Ebay has sooo many rules, most of us don't know half of them. I took a  peek, what a cutie!! Im sure she will sell again!

they have some very silly rules if you ask me....I did hear though that you can pick from one of their registered charities and use one of them, but that doesn't do much good if you have a certain one in mind and they aren't "partners" with eBay (yes dripping with sarcasm!!!)

I just took a peek at her Denise and she is adorable, how big is she?
