desertmountainbearThis is a sad story. I see people quite often with dogs in the bed of their trucks. It is a dangerous thing.
I am embarrassed to say I have an idiot brother-in-law that tied his dog in the back of the truck, the dog fell out and was dragged. Thank goodness there was someone behind him who immediately stopped him. The story was all over the next days paper.
My brother-in-law is in no way an animal abuser on purpose, sounds like this guy isn't either. Some people are just ignorant, it is the laws that need to be changed.
Dogs and especially kids ( I see so many kids) should never be allowed in the back of a truck.
