The bears and buds shown on the voting page, in the 5th Annual URSA Awards Competition, have all placed in the contest but the artists do not know if it is First, Second or Third place while they vie for the prestigious URSA Major - Best Overall Award. You are the judge and it is going to be a tough assignment what with all the marvelous winning entries.
Bears&Buds features exciting bear and animal videos and news clips throughout the many pages! Most of the Bears&Buds' pages do not require a password but Collector-subscribers will need their password to enjoy other articles and Professional Artists a password to access the B2B page which is filled with articles on techniques for making and marketing teddy bears.
