Would have been around in the 90s, I've been told it had rounded ears, amber eyes, a sewn on nose, movable arms and legs, a tartan scarf/neckerchief, a small bell around it's neck and was a traditional hard/stiff teddy as opposed to the plush/soft type. Would be brilliant if I could get a name, a photo, a link, someone who was looking to sell one, anything. Thanks!

Sounds like a Russ Berrie teddy bear to me, as they were the only ones I know of to add a bell to a teddy bear.  Although whilst some of their teddies were jointed, as far as I know, they never made ones full of pellets or anything heavier.
