There are also with bears trends.
Can it be that needle felted bears are not liked any more?
There are not them so often.

Well, I'm not so sure about that. Mine are still selling well, I create works completely of fiber; others combine fiber and traditional fabric bears for unique highlighting.
I think the general markets for all collectibles are down—and have been for the past few years—not just teds but all areas of interest.
That just makes artists delve into other pursuits to bring more interest incorporate into their work. For instance, I took one of my standard polar bear pendant/pins and put it together with sections of sterling silver wire which I wove into Viking Knitting, strung with wired vintage beads and have a necklace line which has been well accepted online:  Heart-Felt Designs©
We all have to think of new ways to market ourselves and not wait for the collectors to come to us - times continue to change and we all adapt to it. Nothing is ever the same or as it used to be!......

Yes, on the collectors one should not wait.
Always new ways and things look that is real creativity.
Your necklaces are very nice and something special.
My felties are complete from merino wool. Sometimes with material takes.
I felt them very firmly. Therefore, it also lasts very long.
I love the work to the material.
I have also sewed bears, But my heart hangs on the felt needle.

I hope my english is not to bad.

Bobby, this is a stunning piece of work.  I can certainly see why something like this would be in demand.  It is not something which just sits on a shelf but in part of a wardrobe.   The money spent is more easily justified when it can be worn.  What a wise decision to go this way.

Conni, trends do come and go.  But if your heart is in something I think that is where you should stay.  I am a strong believer in intuition.

Hi Bobbie,

great necklace, I love it!

Funny thing, I've seen the viking knitting technique yesterday for the first time in my life  and was absolutely thrilled, but the lady making necklaces of it had no time to show it to me and didn't know the proper name of it... Spend half an hour to find it online!
Now I wanna learn it!

Bobbie, your pendants are gorgeous and you have stuck with needle felting, yet added extra charm!  Conni, I agree with Joanne, when you create something from your heart, the love shines through and the finished product is something that will be treasured by the collector.  If an artist only creates in order to make a sale, it is shallow and not what art should be about.  I say stick with needle felting as that is where your heart is!
Best wishes!
